Scheduling was easy since I did it online. I even had to reschedule my appointment, and I was able to complete everything on their website easily. I selected what I needed which was to avail their "the works" package and to check for recalls. Everyone there was really efficient and friendly. Dustin accommodated me right away and clearly explained what to expect. He asked if I want to avail extra recommended services that day, but he didn't make me feel pressured to get them unlike other places where I was felt forced to do so. The mechanic who guided me to the garage was very patient, and the cashier was a lovely lady who made checkout pleasant. The total cost for the "the works" package was 97.74 USD (including tax) and I only had to stay 1 hour. Their waiting area was comfortable, with a big TV and Wi-Fi to keep customers entertained. Overall, I had a positive experience at the AutoNation Ford Westlake and I will definitely return for future car work.

I purchased my first Toyota in 2006. Over the course of my ownership, Victory Toyota (formerly Metro) has performed all the services on my vehicle. This past week was no exception; I brought the car in for diagnostic evaluation of an issue that developed; Tony, my service rep, discovered a problem that was too costly to repair on a car of this age. I have researched leasing vs ownership and decided to lease a vehicle at this time. Ryan, the sales manager, Grant my product specialist and Justin, my finance manager helped me navigate through the process with ease. In about 4 hours, I drove home in a new vehicle. My experience with Victory Toyota has been outstanding. I look forward to continuing this relationship in the years ahead.

I had Remote start installed and it worked great. 1 week later the Subaru saved my life but unfortunately was totaled. Because of the Subaru I walked away from the crash. It literally saved my life! This dealer was pleasant and they got my car done quickly and were super friendly. I will be using them if I get another Subaru for my company car. They are trying to find me one.
