Well, where do I start. I was in the market for 2018 Lincoln Navigator L reserve. I needed it custom ordered from factory. I first called a dealer Bob Davidson Lincoln around me and my god that was a mistake!!! They wanted me to pay 5% over Msrp!! They treated me poorly and were so rude. I decided to not give them business and I found Cooper Motors which is a little far from me. I called and right away got to speak to Ken! This is where the story became amazing! Ken is the absolute MAN! He right off the bat gave me AMAZING price in the new Navigator, listened to my needs and what I wanted, and answered all of my questions! I ordered my Navigator and now just waiting to take deliver in 8 weeks or so. Ken and I still text and if I have any questions no matter the time or day, he responds to my questions almost immediately. This is an experience like I have never had and I have owned over 30 vehicles in my life and no I’m not 90 I’m 36 I love cars :). Anyway, Ken is absolutely spectacular and makes this dealership look good. This is blue collar Town with honest people and it’s rare to find these days. Thank God for People like Ken and God Bless our President Donald Trump, it’s because of this economy and my stocks booming I can get the 90,000 beauty from Cooper Motors! Since we moved to Pennsylvania more than 20 years ago, I have been tormented by the inspection stickers. I have always asked for special attention to place the stickers straight and level and had mixed results. Yesterday I received the best results ever. Tom Cavanaugh made notes and even checked with me in the waiting room about placing the stickers lower and closer to roof pillar than the previous stickers. The Technician not only applied the stickers perfectly, he cleaned off the adhesive from the previous stickers.

Took my 2018 f150 in for a recall for frozen door locks. They told me to drop off the truck in the am. I dropped it off the night before they told me it would take 3 hours. I went in at 4:00 the next evening and it wasn’t done. Told me it was going to be another 45 min. I had no place to go for 45 min or a way to get there anyway. Had to sit in waiting room till done with my mask on. Very uncomfortable. NOT HAPPY I believe it was Robert that waited on me when I went back to pick up my truck. He talked nice to me but it still didn’t help my experience

This is a place you do not want to deal with unless you enjoy being disrespected and feel like giving away your hard earned money, and time, to people that are out to take advantage of you. They have extremely high prices and yet cannot be bothered to wash a vehicle or clean the stains from the interior before they attempt to sell it to you for well above market value. There are much better choices in the Pittsburgh area that care about building a relationship with customers to keep them coming back. Sure, the showrooms of those other choices may not be as palatial, but that is because those ones are not fleecing their customers.

Bought this 2015 Explorer Limited. After the fact I found out they charged around $5000 more than listed. Even though I was the second owner, the first was very hard on it. Scratches and more scratches I found inside and outside. The sales department tried to ignore my complaint even after the dealership owner said they'll take care of them as part of our agreement. Couldn't get it detailed properly and couldn't get them to fix a door panel. The transmission had to get rebuilt under warranty but after I got it back I found more scratches even on the hood and by the back door. I don't even at this point want to take it for a free oil change as promised. I also found the air dam under the vehicle was falling off. They didn't install it right. I also had to replace hardware which wasn't correct and so on. The service department was very patient with me, I'll give them that. Never again!!!!

TOM MASANO IS BY FAR THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIP. I BOUGHT A 2017 FORD F150 LARIAT FULLY LOADED FOR OVER 40K AND THE TRUCK HAS BEEN BROKEN MORE THAN 5 TIMES AND THEY CANT FIX IT. THIS TIME MY TRUCK HAS BEEN THERE OVER 2 MONTHS. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT THEY CALLED ME TODAY TO PICK MY TRUCK UP AND THEY CANT FIX IT, PLEASE REMEMBER I BOUGHT IT FROM THEM AND STILL HAVE A FORD WARRANTY AND I BOUGHT THE AFTER MARKET WARRANTY AS WELL. SO I WAS TOLD THEY WILL TRADE IN THE TRUCK AT WHOLESALE AND TO DO THAT I MUST BUY ANOTHER AUTOMOBILE FROM THEM. SO THEY WANT ME TO LOOSE OUT ON THE TRUCK I ALREADY BOUGHT AND THEN I MUST SPEND MORE MONEY ON A NEW AUTOMOBILE FROM THEM. BUYER BEWARE.
