I bought a 2025 Rav 4 from Chris Capone (with the help of Ryan). They both were very helpful and treated me with kindness and respect. Both of them personally called me after the purchase to see how I liked he car and asked if I had any questions. They were the friendliest salesmen that I have ever had when buying a new car. I will certainly buy another car from Chris (or Ryan) if I ever decide to get another one. I am sure the one I just bought will probably last me for a long time.

Anthony in sales was terrific, we put him through his paces on wanting to see different colors and trim levels and he was happy to oblige and never made us feel like we were a bother. The final process with financing was very comfortable and again there were no high pressure tactics employed to try and sell us items that we did not need. Overall a 5 star experience.

Traded in a vehicle with them last May, only to discover when I went to finance my new business that they had paid off my trade in late killing my credit score, when I showed them what happened I got an apology letter stating they had screwed up, but when I went to fix my credit report with this letter the company lied and said it now was not their fault.

Very disappointing place. They replaced my rotors and brakes 2 years ago, and said they needed replacement again? My car is stored in a garage and generally, my brakes never needed replacement for 60000 or more miles. Costly need and I honestly do not trust if this job was done properly 2 years ago. I also waited 1 hour for them to even look at my car, as I waited over 2 hours, as a full room of customers came and went, as I was the last one there. And… I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time… even 15 min prior. Problems discussed with them and zero comments back.

I don't rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others: avoid this dealership at all costs. From the moment I walked in, it was clear they were more interested in making a sale than actually helping customers. The service people I dealt with was pushy, dismissive of my questions, and constantly tried to push me on things I didn’t need. When I asked for time to think, they acted like I was wasting their time. I've also spoken to a few others who had similar experiences issues with service, hidden fees, and extremely poor customer service after the visit. It's clear this place prioritizes profit over people, and once you sign, you're on your own. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This one isn’t worth the stress, time, or money.

Top notch, Chris Mackes is a true gentleman and is very knowledgeable of the product. I assisted an older family member purchase a new RAV4 after hers was totaled in a crash. I contacted Chris via email with a quick response and two telephone calls I received my best price from him and made the deal. We traveled 85 miles to the dealership where the car was prepped, and ready to go. Upon arrival unlike other dealerships the price quoted was the actual price. The entire process only took one hour and fifteen minutes. There were no high pressure finance room scare tactics or shenanigans. Chris was very patient explaining the new vehicle features to my family member. All in all a great experience.

So they make it their job to assist you as much as possible without taking you for a ride and all kinds of "Hidden costs" or expenses. And even if I didn't have a Toyota I would still have my car serviced there. They have pretty much every job timed down to the minute so you are provided with accurate estimates and not overcharged for labor....
