Justin is wonderful! I haven't bought a car in 10 years, and don't know anything about these newer cars! My last car i manually rolled down the window. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail. I recently called him 4 weeks after i bought the car to ask him more questions. He again took the time to explain things to me and said call anytime. He said "no question is too small" He is the reason i purchased the car!

If it weren't for Toyota of Greensburg, I would be driving a different manufacturer's vehicle. Lee Moschetti and the other employees at Toyota of Greensburg made it happen when other dealers either wouldn't take my call (their phones just rang and never even went to voicemail) or told me it couldn't happen.
I went in and spoke to Lee and he didn't tell me "no" right off the bat. He didn't tell me I would not get my hands on a Highlander L. What he did was this: he explained that while a Highlander L was probably a tough find due to the limited manufacturing of that trim, the LE would be much more available and only a little more expensive. I went ahead and put myself on the waiting list. Lee kept me up to date on build and delivery dates. When my vehicle arrived, Lee called me to set an appointment and I went in and completed the purchase.
Maria Ponterio, the business manager, got me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. She told me about how easy it would be to set up automatic payments through Toyota Financial and I was able to have that done the same night I got my car.
Everybody at Toyota of Greensburg was friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I will be back the next time I need to buy a new car!

I would recommend this service location for oil changes. The Service reps are good people that want to assist. But their technicians overlook things. I was a half a gallon low on my coolant and they never filled it up or brought it to my attention. They are supposed to check all fluids and their paperwork said all fluids were in the green zone. They also said that I need two new boot kit on both front axles. Their estimate of cost $1,145.98. I have three other quotes from "A" mechanics for $705.00 for new boots and new axles! I questioned the service rep about this and he stated that their labor rate was probably higher. Needless to say, I canceled my appointment at Hanover Toyota.

Cliff was knowledgeable about the vehicle and even took the time to send me a personalized vehicle to demo the look and feel for the vehicle. He was not pushy, was honest and transparent along the entire process. He explained my options for purchasing, allowed me to use my own lender and offered a great warranty at a reasonable price to give me piece of mind. Cliff was responsive to my emails and calls. He even responded on his day off. Recognizing I had a long journey from Maryland to purchase a car, he did everything he could to ensure I had a nice, comfortable and trustworthy process to purchase my new car. I can’t thank this dealership enough, a long with the finance and other managers who never lied to me or pressured me into a purchase. I bought my Rav 4 from here in 2021 and the salesman James was nice and very informative. Except... When we were finished signing papers and confirming the perks that he rattled off to sell us the car.. He told us we were making it up. Now, this is not me nor my boyfriend's first time buying cars (alone or with others) and we both heard him say they do full internal cleanings for free while the car is under warranty. We didn't go home and discuss it with each other, I merely mentioned it at closing of the car and James denied ever saying this & my boyfriend agreed he had. The people are nice at this dealership for the most part but car salesmen still be car salesmen I guess. Won't be coming back here to buy another car because that just felt slimy.

Ultimately we called Tom back to order our new RAV4. Our son said, “Are we buying it from the guy who caught that huge bass?” Yes, that’s right, he even took time to make a connection with our 9 year old son, a love of fishing, LOL! My experience started with a simple call to enquire about a car I saw on Faulkner's website. I was lucky enough to get Fitz (aka James Fitzgerald). Fitz followed up with me later in the week when I could actually come see the vehicle (2+ hours away) and repeatedly made sure it was available for me. Fitz was the first salesperson that actually had the car ready and waiting when I arrived. Such a simple thing but shows he was thinking about me. Customer service from the very start. After our test drive, we then got to meet with Mike DeGuida (Sales Manager) who was a wealth of knowledge about the Jeep. He went well beyond "sales" and gave us invaluable information. Ultimately, he was able to give us a price we could agree on and then worked with us on our trade value as well.
Fitz and Mike both continued to work with us over text, and on the day we picked it up, both had early days and did an excellent job to hand off to Michael Steinberg and Jason Brown (finance). The paperwork was ready and it was a comfortable and efficient transaction. They understood that we traveled a long distance to get there and had a long way to get back home.
During the 2+ months that we were car shopping, I had horrible experiences **at other dealers**, even one owned by the same corporate family. Faulkner Toyota Trevose does it right and from my experience treats its customers well. Thank you Fitz, Mike * 2 and Jason!! I love my new-to-me Jeep!
