I purchased a brand spanking new truck from your dealership (which I haven’t been able to drive because you have had it) because you were supposed to fix it. MONTHS ago I purchased this $130,000 truck…your dealership ripped the wrap off of the trucks tail gate…not to mention the paint damage…you offer to send it to get painted..but the quote was too much…so you call me and tell me to come pick up my truck…and you will just cut me a check for $2000! Are you kidding me!?!

This past Wednesday, I drove off in my dream car — a 2024 Camaro ZL1 Convertible — and it wouldn’t have happened without the amazing team here. I found the car online — black, manual, convertible, low miles — at a price that felt too good to be true. I reached out immediately, and Kamil sent me a video of the car the following day! That alone excited me, but it was just the beginning of an exceptional experience. The title wasn’t released since it was a recent trade-in (a typical delay in PA), but Kamil and his team were upfront and honest about everything. I was nervous they might sell it to someone else, but they kept their word and held the car for nearly two weeks. That kind of integrity is rare these days. I flew to Philly, grabbed an Uber to the dealership, signed the paperwork, and was on the road in under two hours, driving home in the car I’ve dreamed of for years. But what truly impressed me wasn’t just the car—it was the people. Everyone I interacted with was welcoming, kind, and treated me like family. Even though I wasn’t buying a Mercedes-Benz, the staff went out of their way to make me feel valued. Kamil, Marion, and the sales and finance manager were all genuinely friendly and engaging. Bought a used f150 for $56,000 didnt even bicker about price, when deal was done ,went to drive away i was given one key fob, they said they either lost it or never had it (the second one), either way they told me to go to ford ,get an estimate,n let them know the cost,well the cost was $460.00, I guess i wont see nothing from them cause they wont return my calls or texts, ridiculous cause i cant program doors n locks without both keys N they should step up n be responsible for that

Four trips to the dealership for an oil change 1, Did not tighten the oil filter after replacement. leaking oil all over the garage floor. Back to the dealer. 2. Find oil all the floor again, back to the dealer, this time they forgot to replace the oil cap. Dealer held the car over night. 3. Went back to pick the car up I asked the manager to check under the car for any leaks he said we can put on the lift and I could check. They put it on lift call me over I’m looking and see that the skid plate is missing they have no idea where it is, we found it at the last bay where it was serviced. Extremely disappointed with the service team at Tri County Toyota! I can’t understand how this team could screw up an oil change so bad but they did. 1st oil change 7600 miles on my RAV4, took it in for its one year service. Lost time from work, now the car smells of burnt oil from the oil on the engine. Still dripping oil. Sincerely, Charles
