Great dealership. Our salesman, D'Warren Daniels was an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to work with. He LISTENED and attended to our needs. We didn't even have Honda on our radar, but were disappointed with the way that we were treated and (tried to be) upsold at every other dealership. He helped us to see what great cars you offer, and was honest during the process. We were so happy with him that we bought our car early. We were a Toyota family, but we've even told our extended family of the value and quality of Honda cars, and it's all because of Mr. Daniels. Thank you sir, we really appreciate you.

Laurie Barfield was our salesperson and she did a great job of selling us a Honda CRV EX L AWD. We usually buy a car every three years and try to find the best price. We thought Cale Yarborough would be high priced because it is a smaller dealership than the ones in Columbia and Myrtle Beach. We were wrong. After shopping a bigger dealership and not finding what we wanted, we went to Cale Yarborough. They had the vehicle we wanted, did not try to upsell us and Laurie was extremely patient.
She knew her vehicle better than the hard selling salesman at the larger dealership too. The price was a good deal better than the larger dealer wanted also. So this experience was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had and we are old people.

Is there a way to give a "0" star rating, because they do not even deserve 1 star. Stokes Honda is a lying, deceitful company. Their sales representative intentionally lied to us over and over again regarding their products that I unfortunately purchased. Their claim to fame is a "standout experience" (as it is located all of their website). My experience there was standout, for sure, because it was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. The amount of time and effort, sleepless nights, frustration, anxiety and stress Stokes Honda has caused me and my family is downright wrong. I also reached out to one of the Stokes family members, Eddie and the General Manager requesting a legitimate response to my issues (which I provided a thorough email detailing each and every issue), and neither one of them had the courtesy to respond. So I am assuming that since one of the Stokes family members could not even take the time to respond, that this is also a direct reflection on all Stokes dealerships.... as they say, "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree."
