I bought a 2020 CR-V in June 2020. Within 2 weeks, the car needed a new battery. So I took it back to Hendrick Honda Easley. They tried to tell me that it was just my phone charge cord and sent me on my way. It took another visit to this dealer, to "discover" what we already figured... it was a bad battery. When I got my car back, it had 2 deep gouges in the top of the hood. I showed the service writer, David Johnson, who took pictures and said he would show his manager. Not long after, he called us back and agreed to fix the damages. He said their body shop would be calling us to make an appointment. Four months went by and we heard nothing. We called them and learned that David Johnson no longer works there. We were put in touch with the service manager, Dustin Street. Mr. Street is now refusing to fix my car's damage, saying now, that their guys didn't do it. All I know is this: I took my 2 week old car in to their shop, in brand new condition, to fix a bad battery and it came back to me with 2 gouges in the hood that were not there prior. Dustin Street has treated us (one of Hendrick Honda's new car customers) with disregard and disrespect. We can not recommend Hendrick Honda Easley to anyone and would definitely not recommend their service department or their service manager, Dustin Street. They have shown that they do not care and customers are not their priority.

Honda service in my car, they did not do what they was suppose to. My collision place took my car to them to finish my car that had been in a wreck, for them to replace airbag harness. But they did not put it back together line it was when it was brought to them. I hate liers and they lied line xxxx they left bolts undone and left the pan underneath undone not bolted down now the pan is bent but they said we did not do it. Well xxxx everything else was finished before you got it yours was the last thing to be done. I will never trust these people again in Anderson for them to lie to me in my face I will go somewhere else if I decide to buy another Honda

I have always used your dealership for all my service needs (oil change, tires, battery) since the purchase of my vehicle from you 5 years ago. My last two service visits was not the usual experience that I have always had. It was a challenge to get someone to answer my questions over the phone. When bringing my car in the person I dealt with was not very friendly at all and did not care about my business. I have since chosen to take my vehicle else where for service visits. Cost went up as well.

My vehicle should be returned in the same condition I left with them.....period! Oh, I forgot to mention, that the hubcaps were put back on covering the valve stems!

Very poor salesman. These folks told many misleading statements about their best deal. Told us that the deal on the table was only good for today when in fact, it was good 3-4 days later. Wanted to charge us $500 to look at the car a second time. Will not be going back to this dealership. No haggle price- right!
