Just purchased a new Honda odyssey from stokes Honda of beaufort and have to say it was the best experience ever. We were greeted with a warm welcome right from get go. No pushy salespeople. We had received an offer from them in the mail which seemed too good to be true, but it definitely was not. We got a better than ever imagined deal on our vehicle. Our salesman was Rob Williams, And You could not ask for a nicer guy! Very personable and professional, with a great knowledge of his product. We felt like We were family. Would Definitely recommend them if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Also, David, who went over financials with us, was excellent!

We live near Asheville and reached out about leasing a vehicle. This is our first time doing a lease. These folks are ON IT!! They helped us... and it wasn't just one person. It was a group effort. They kept us up to date every step of the way. We were able to do paperwork ahead of time to save time at the dealership. Haley was our first point of contact, with Internet Sales. Then we met DJ, our sales person... Who is an AWESOME, friendly, down to earth guy... then on to Thomas in finance. THIS TEAM KILLED IT and we appreciate it!

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this dealership. While driving through the parking lot to reach the service center, I encountered employees using a forklift to tow vehicles, with the forks raised and no visible safety precautions—no cones, no signage, and no spotters. They were not in a designated forklift area. The forks were not visible, and my car struck them as a result. I reported this immediately to both the service manager and the general manager, but neither took responsibility or action. The general manager accused me of driving onto "his property and hitting his forklift". Their lack of concern for public and customer safety was extremely troubling. This type of behavior puts both customers and employees at risk. Had I been dropping 40k on a new vehicle, maybe they wouldn't have been so unprofessional or egotistical.

After going to 4 other dealerships in search of a used car for my granddaughter, my daughter and I stopped by Honda Cars of Aiken. Luckily, we were greeted by a very helpful salesman named Collin Parish, who patiently worked with us for 2 days… at which time he found us the perfect car! Cale charges for services they don't actually do. Even when being caught on video the manager Derick continues to cover for the lies of his service department. Which means the corruption is directed from the top. They are dishonest and I will never take my car there again!
