I just got a brand new 2026 Jeep Wrangler from this location (Savannah Highway) and I’ve never had such a flawless transitional experience with a vehicle. My salesperson Serenity, was phenomenal at communicating every step of the way and was happy to answer any questions I had. You can tell that all of the sales people at this location genuinely enjoy what they do and are happy to assist, however, possible. After this vehicle, I will absolutely be continuing using this location and hopefully Serenity for future vehicle needs. If you were looking to avoid the headache of getting a new/trade in vehicle, go here!!

I was very impressed with the service that was provided to me recently. Alli Mattison was very professional and helpful in getting the car registration process and getting the loaner to me as I leave out of town. The mechanic sent a video of the A/C system issues and provided in detail was needed to be done. It took a few days to get the parts but the car was fixed as described. Also Kathy took the initial call and was helpful in determining that that the A/C problem is covered under warranty. Overall I am very happy with Rick Hendrick BMW admin and service folks and will no problem in bringing the car for future service needs.

The initial sale experience was very good. Unfortunately, I added two items to the truck at the time of sale and it has now been nine weeks and it is still unresolved. I’ve spoken with several people at the dealership, including someone who said they left a message with Chip, but I have not heard back from anyone. This has been a real surprise, given the fact that the sale went so well. It seemed relatively simple to add the outfitter switches in the secure entry pad on the B pillar, but for some reason, I cannot get anyone to pursue ordering the parts and get it installed.

Jack (sales rep) was very accommodating in terms of providing quotes and information pertinent to the vehicle Danny (financial services) assisted in preparing the contracts and service options. All aspects of the purchase were handled professionally and in a timely manner.

We purchased a 2018 Range Rover from Land Rover Greenville. While the vehicle is used, it was represented as being in excellent condition, yet immediately after purchase it required around $5,000 in repairs. Two diagnostic codes even showed error dates from before we bought the vehicle, which is very concerning. Our sales rep, Donte, was not very knowledgeable and couldn’t answer many of our questions. During the test drive, he acknowledged the parking sensors were not working but suggested it was likely a settings issue. That turned out to be incorrect, and the parking sensors are now one of the more expensive repairs. Overall, we often felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We initially purchased a warranty and later canceled it, but the process was poorly handled and required redoing financing paperwork. It took over a week and a half of follow-ups, and lack of communication delayed our registration and license plate. The finance manager was unprofessional, including cursing and making a derogatory comment about our salesperson, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The only positive experience was working with Quintina Clemmons, who was professional, helpful, and excellent to work with. This was not the experience we expected when purchasing a luxury vehicle, and the immediate repair costs and poor service left us with little confidence in our purchase.

Awesome experience buying my 2026 Ram! My sales person Jessica Hajek was very friendly and professional in my dealings with her. Jessica kept in constant contact via text and phones calls answering my many questions. She negotiated a great deal for me! The dealer ship had a 3 rd party company spray in a bed-liner and unfortunately that process covered the truck in overspray. It was not the dealerships fault but they assumed ownership of the issue and had the dealerships detailer Tyreece do a wonderful job removing the overspray and detailing the truck so it was spotless! Jessica stayed on top of the issue ensuring I was taken care of! Shout out to sales manger Mike for also taking care of my issue and not just brushing it under the table! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

Took my 21 F 150 Powerboost in for warranty service on transmission. Transmission was shifting harsh and missing shifts. They kept the truck nearly two weeks and claimed to have changed the valve body controller and transmission fluid. If anything, it drives worse now than it did before. I told the service advisor - Judy about the poor service. She apologized and told me the service manager would contact me. I never got a call back. I bought an extended warranty with the truck that requires I take it to them for service. I live in Florence and it is an hour trip up there and back so not very convenient. I don't recommend anyone buy their extended warranty because if limits where you can get warranty work.
