I just got a brand new 2026 Jeep Wrangler from this location (Savannah Highway) and I’ve never had such a flawless transitional experience with a vehicle. My salesperson Serenity, was phenomenal at communicating every step of the way and was happy to answer any questions I had. You can tell that all of the sales people at this location genuinely enjoy what they do and are happy to assist, however, possible. After this vehicle, I will absolutely be continuing using this location and hopefully Serenity for future vehicle needs. They got me in and out so quickly as I had a time sensitive arrangement I needed to meet and they not only got my vehicle and brought it from another site, cleaned and fueled her up but they made me feel like a member of their family. We purchased a 2018 Range Rover from Land Rover Greenville. While the vehicle is used, it was represented as being in excellent condition, yet immediately after purchase it required around $5,000 in repairs. Two diagnostic codes even showed error dates from before we bought the vehicle, which is very concerning. Our sales rep, Donte, was not very knowledgeable and couldn’t answer many of our questions. During the test drive, he acknowledged the parking sensors were not working but suggested it was likely a settings issue. That turned out to be incorrect, and the parking sensors are now one of the more expensive repairs. Overall, we often felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We initially purchased a warranty and later canceled it, but the process was poorly handled and required redoing financing paperwork. It took over a week and a half of follow-ups, and lack of communication delayed our registration and license plate. The finance manager was unprofessional, including cursing and making a derogatory comment about our salesperson, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The only positive experience was working with Quintina Clemmons, who was professional, helpful, and excellent to work with. This was not the experience we expected when purchasing a luxury vehicle, and the immediate repair costs and poor service left us with little confidence in our purchase.

Took my 21 F 150 Powerboost in for warranty service on transmission. Transmission was shifting harsh and missing shifts. They kept the truck nearly two weeks and claimed to have changed the valve body controller and transmission fluid. If anything, it drives worse now than it did before. I told the service advisor - Judy about the poor service. She apologized and told me the service manager would contact me. I never got a call back. I bought an extended warranty with the truck that requires I take it to them for service. I live in Florence and it is an hour trip up there and back so not very convenient. I don't recommend anyone buy their extended warranty because if limits where you can get warranty work.

Awesome experience buying my 2026 Ram! My sales person Jessica Hajek was very friendly and professional in my dealings with her. Jessica kept in constant contact via text and phones calls answering my many questions. She negotiated a great deal for me! The dealer ship had a 3 rd party company spray in a bed-liner and unfortunately that process covered the truck in overspray. It was not the dealerships fault but they assumed ownership of the issue and had the dealerships detailer Tyreece do a wonderful job removing the overspray and detailing the truck so it was spotless! Jessica stayed on top of the issue ensuring I was taken care of! Shout out to sales manger Mike for also taking care of my issue and not just brushing it under the table! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!

I took my wife Buick Envision for service, also I was offered the possibility of a trade for a Chevy Traverse, the trade did not work, The Buick Value went down tremendously, the finance charges are to high and new vehicles are way too high in price, then they Drop in value faster than the first oil change. Because the quality of American cars is in absolute decline, which makes it to hard to make the decision of buying one, the dealers are getting very greedy. In any case at the end of me pulling out of the bad deal ( for me) they bought in a disgusting character, that introduces himself as THE FINANCIAL MGR, with a fake and disgusting smile thinking that he could outsmart all the other sales people and sales Mgr, . Let me tell you before this particular character showed up, I was planning to take my other vehicle, and give it another try, but now I am completely discouraged to do so, I would hate to ever see such a disgusting face and attitude again.
