AL contacted me less than 24 hours after posting my previous review regarding my 2018 Titan. If I would’ve spoken to him I can assure you my review would’ve been drastically different. He genuinely cared about the problems with my truck. He sent a flatbed to tow my vehicle to their dealership (at no expense) for their mechanic to attempt to resolve any issues with it. I can’t recommend him enough and anyone concerned with anything should ask for him.

They maintained good communication throughout the process, and we set up a time for a test drive. At the dealership, the salesman we dealt with was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We decided to purchase said vehicle and this process went very smoothly. I took my vehicle in for a recall and the paperwork I received says they did the multi point inspection. I got in my truck and the first thing I see us the "add air to tire" notification. The tech couldn't even add air to my tire.... what a joke this place is. I stopped taking my vehicles to them for regular service because of things like this. I dont trust this place or its techs at all.

My husband and I are stunned at how amazing this buying experience was. We were in and out with a new car in one hour! That includes test driving, getting the estimate on our trade in, negotiation, and all paperwork. They also beat other dealerships on the trade in value right out of the gate. There were no pushy sales tactics and everything was completely above board. We have bought several cars over the years and will never buy anywhere else after this. I was leary before arriving due to some past reviews but we saw the vehicle as soon as we drove in. The salespersons came out and we took a testdrive with no hassel. The car was in good condition and we were offered a discount when we mentioned seeing some rust underneath. We were never pressured and the deal was fast and easy!

I finally found time to get an oil and filter change for my 2011 Regal and made an appointment for Wednesday June 3rd at 2;30. I should have waited for one day. When I got home there was US Mail from Rice with a $10 discount for oil and filter and this morning I got the same in an e-mail to me. I could have saved $10.
