My boyfriend and I did business with Stanley Ford about 2 months ago. After trying to over 4 months with others and being told we can do this, we got you, and to even get a car and have it taken back 3 weeks later. Let me tell you big big mess. We went into Stanley talked to Will and within a few hours we had been approved. Get work business and no beating around to make things work. Up and honest we can do this with this or this with that you pick. Thanks for EVERYTHING!!. We will be back.

The transition was flawless. Austin went out of his way to follow up several times to accommodate the delivery of my new Ford Explorer. Ordered a Maverick and got it at MSRP, no hassles. It took almost 500 days to get my truck (Ford's fault, not theirs) and they kept me informed all the way through the process. When my truck did arrive they informed me as it rolled off the carrier and had it ready to pick up the next day. They honored my original order price and no hassles when I brought my own financing. There was no ADM/Market adjustment, and no mandatory dealer add-ons. Cory Osage (salesman) and Don Johnson (sales manager were great throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend if you want to order a Ford.

I feel comfortable dealing with my Service Manager, Jeremy. He takes really good care of my car & is good about explaining everything to me. I love the family feel the service department and the body shop but they never fix the issue with the back up sensor on the after market bumper you installed beeping when there's nothing back there and distance something looks far then you hit it very dissatisfied with that I went back 2 times to get it done but never got fixed
