The transition was flawless. Austin went out of his way to follow up several times to accommodate the delivery of my new Ford Explorer. Ordered a Maverick and got it at MSRP, no hassles. It took almost 500 days to get my truck (Ford's fault, not theirs) and they kept me informed all the way through the process. When my truck did arrive they informed me as it rolled off the carrier and had it ready to pick up the next day. They honored my original order price and no hassles when I brought my own financing. There was no ADM/Market adjustment, and no mandatory dealer add-ons. Cory Osage (salesman) and Don Johnson (sales manager were great throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend if you want to order a Ford.

my issues are now with Maverick. Has a tricky steering. Loud road noise. Dealership was great. Salesman was great. Wish I had my old truck back, but health forced me into this. Tell Ford not everyone wants to use a step ladder to get into a truck.

Worked with used car dept back in November, first i asked them to not run my credit as I already had set up financing from my credit union. They ran my credit anyway. Secondly, we were trading in a vehicle, i told them not to take off license plates or start transferring our vehicle to them until we were done with the deal. They did it anyway. We could not come to an agreement on buying a vehicle so we walked. SO glad we did. When it was time to renew registration we were told by tax office that our plates were invalid. The dealership put through paperwork before we signed the deal, so the state had our plates as invalid. Luckily we were not pulled over at any time as it would have shown we were driving illegally. Now we have to order new plates before we can renew our registration. We were told all paperwork would be discarded once we decided not to buy a car from them. They lied. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership for anything.
