I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience here - JM
I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience here was so horrible that I feel obligated to warn others.
What started as a simple oil change turned into a year-long nightmare that cost me nearly $10,000 and ultimately resulted in me losing my vehicle.
Before bringing my vehicle here, I had already invested around $15,000 into maintenance elsewhere and it was running great. After this dealership serviced it, I immediately started noticing issues. From there, it became a pattern: I would bring my truck in, be told repairs were completed, pay for the work, and then get the vehicle back only to find new problems—or the same ones—still there.
There were multiple instances where my truck would sit at the shop for 4–5 days at a time with little to no communication, only for me to be told everything was “fixed.” On one occasion, I drove it one block after pickup and it broke down again, despite being told by staff that everything had been checked and was working properly.
Over time, I was charged for major repairs including work related to the oil system, new transmission, catalytic converter, and completely new A/C system. However, after escalating the situation, I was informed by a manager (John Teller) who reviewed my vehicle that a significant portion of the parts I paid for were NEVER ACTUALLY INSTALLED.
Throughout this process:
* I was repeatedly reassured (lied to) that everything was fine by the shop forman, and service managers Charlie and Neil when it clearly wasn’t.
* I had to personally verify every issue after picking up my vehicle
* I paid out-of-pocket for Ubers due to extended delays, with no reimbursement or assistance
* Communication and accountability from staff were inconsistent and frustrating.
Eventually, my truck completely broke down and I was told I would need a full engine replacement costing another ~$10,000. At that point, I had no choice but to give up on the vehicle altogether.
This experience drained my savings, left me without reliable transportation, and forced me into buying a replacement vehicle I didn’t want—simply because I had no other option.
I cannot recommend this service department or company. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion and carefully verify any work being done on their vehicle before paying. These people will scam you out of all your money and not blink an eye.
