The transition was flawless. Austin went out of his way to follow up several times to accommodate the delivery of my new Ford Explorer. Ordered a Maverick and got it at MSRP, no hassles. It took almost 500 days to get my truck (Ford's fault, not theirs) and they kept me informed all the way through the process. When my truck did arrive they informed me as it rolled off the carrier and had it ready to pick up the next day. They honored my original order price and no hassles when I brought my own financing. There was no ADM/Market adjustment, and no mandatory dealer add-ons. Cory Osage (salesman) and Don Johnson (sales manager were great throughout the whole experience. Would definitely recommend if you want to order a Ford.

I also receive regular coupons to use for my oil changes and the fees for service are less than the oil change places around me. You can schedule appointments ahead of time and they are really quick at providing service when you are waiting.

I absolutely hate buying cars, I would rather have a root canal. Leif Johnson Ford is absolutely the exception to the rule. Drew Field is the best person to buy a car/truck from, because he is NOT a salesman - he’s a human being. He went above and beyond just based on an anonymous internet inquiry. We showed up…the vibe he was giving off wasn’t that we were buying a car, we were hanging out ready to listen to music. We found the truck we wanted, but we weren’t sure it would fit in the garage. No problem, they filled it up with gas (!!!-especially right now) and let us drive it home and sit with it (Friday night). We were on the fence the next day, but didn’t hear anything from the dealership pressuring us. In fact it was us that reached out to them on Sunday to let them know we were still considering. Immediate response- no problem, it’s a big decision, take your time, let us know if you have any questions. Never once heard “what do I need to do to get you in this car?” Or any of the similar catch phrases. I almost fell out of my chair when Drew brought out the cost sheet and showed us exactly what they paid, what their asking price was, and the profit margin. Talk about transparency. We needed some modifications after the buy (power running boards, bed cover), no problem, they drove to our house (45 minutes one way) took in back to the dealership, completed the work, detailed it, and had it back to me in les than 18 hours. Every single person we met there was polite but not slimy (you know what I mean). We drove 45 minutes to buy this truck (another Ford dealer was 10 minutes away), and Drew and the whole Leif Johnson team made it worth it 20 times over. Last thing, my 6 yo and 8yo daughters were with us…obviously buying a car is not super exciting for them, but everyone at the dealership was very kind and patient with cranky kids in a place with nothing to do. Drew had a 10 minute conversation with my youngest about Mustangs like she knew what she was talking about. If you have read this far thank you, because the LJ Ford team deserves for everyone to know how amazing they are. Last thing for real, Ryan in finance is the real deal. He made it VERY easy. 500 stars (not a typo) for Drew, Ryan, and the whole team.

McRee Ford denied my warranty claim on my 2024 Ford F-150 - Adam M Tacker

McRee Ford denied my warranty claim on my 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning, telling me that significant paint delamination on the front bumper was caused by rock chips. That determination was wrong. I explained that this happened after only a couple thousand miles. When I went to the Ford forums, other Lightning owners had identified the exact same issue with these bumpers — this is a known problem. The same day I picked up my truck from McRee, I took it to Mac Haik Ford. Their body shop manager personally inspected it and immediately identified the real issue: a primer adhesion failure — meaning the paint never properly bonded to the bumper from the factory. He filed a warranty claim on the spot and put me in a rental while the repair is processed. McRee Ford’s dismissal was not only incorrect, it was lazy. The damage pattern — large irregular voids with the paint film visibly lifting and peeling at the edges — is nothing like a rock chip. Any experienced body shop professional can see that. Mac Haik’s manager saw it in minutes. If McRee Ford had done their job properly, this would have been resolved the first time. Instead I had to fight for what I was entitled to under warranty. I will not be returning, and I would caution anyone with a warranty issue to think carefully before trusting this dealership. My experience with Brandon Sweeney was zero customer service. I will never purchase another Ford from McRee.

I love the family feel the service department and the body shop but they never fix the issue with the back up sensor on the after market bumper you installed beeping when there's nothing back there and distance something looks far then you hit it very dissatisfied with that I went back 2 times to get it done but never got fixed
