Set up an appointment to test drive a car on the lot, when we showed up we were informed that we could not test drive the car due to a dead battery but could look at it. (They refused to jump it for a test drive because it was a manual transmission). I was reached out to about my inquiry ~930am and sent to the dealer ~2. Once we were there we were told that the car could not be driven and were then given about a dozen other vehicles that were available. Total waste of our time, I will never go back to this dealer.

Rusty Vaughn was my sales person and he was awesome! He was very patient with me when I couldn’t decide on colors for the car. I actually had a little hiccup and changed my mind after the vehicle was purchased and Rusty and Zac Hale went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got what I wanted. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and the services offered are like no other I’ve experienced at a dealership. Definitely recommend!
The worst service ever - Albert
I looked at the car over the weekend of 9/28/19. I went to look at the car on 10/1/19, made choice on 10/2/19. Daniel was off for two days and I didn't want to bother him. I called the entire morning of 10/3/19. I finally got a call back after 3pm. I completed the paperwork on 10/3/19 @ 7:30pm. Ron stated the car would be ready on 10/4/19 which was the reason I started calling at 9am on 10/3/19 so that the car would be ready. I was very happy that I was able to purchase this car with no money down. But, due to them not calling me back in a timely fashion, now I'm not getting the car at all. This is the worse service I've ever gotten in my 20years of buying cars.

I scheduled an appointment for our Lexus to get the 50K mile service which includes an oil change and tire rotation as well as a few other inspection items. My wife drops off the car and the service tech tells her that the fuel injector service is part of the 50K mile service. Hearing this, she agrees to have the service done because I had told her that she was getting the 50K mile service. She does not ask if it will cost more, she assumes it is included in the 50K mile service because that's what she was told. Well, we were charged $170 extra for the fuel injector service.
I reached out via email to Jamie Kandziora the service adviser to explain what happened. No response. The service manager, Penny Boos, was also included in the email. No reply. I forwarded it to the general manager, James Crawley, same. IF YOU ARE USING THIS DEALER FOR SERVICE, ASK QUESTIONS. BEWARE OF THE UPSELL AND BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU MAY INADVERTENTLY AUTHORIZE. They use old school word play to trick people into paying more. They prey on individuals who don't know vehicle maintenance. Never going back. Horrible customer service and way expensive. Advice, find a Japanese car mechanic and use a local business.

These guys are greedy and dishonest people. Literally will try to upsell you every time. First time I took my car there for oil change they did an inspection on my brakes and said they were good but my tires had a nail in it and it needed to be replaced, second time I took my car in 5k miles later at 30k miles for the brake pads to be changed, they said my rotors needed to be replaced if not my car would have to be towed out the dealership. Wouldn’t use this dealership ever again.

My car was finished with its service and the dealership set up an uber ride to pick me up and head back to the dealership.
The uber ride was mistakenly canceled. I called the dealership and my call was unluckily answered by Yani.
Yani routes my call to the service department which ends up sending my call to voicemail. I called back and Yani tells me to hold as she routes me back again. Same situation, my call gets sent to voicemail. I call a 3rd time and ask Yani can she either setup the uber ride herself or walk over to the service department. She tells me to hold, routes me back, and I get the voicemail yet again. I call back and Yani simply stops answering my calls. She would forward the call to the service department without answering, showing that she simply used caller ID to recognize my call. I was stranded on the street for roughly 30 minutes with no help. It was not until I called from my office phone and not my cell phone that she answered. I asked for her manager, she tells me to hold and once again forwards my call to the service department/voicemail. I called back and Crystal answered and took care of the situation.
We pay alot of money for our Lexus and the services needed that I expect better customer service from the employees. Yani Cole-Berrry shows a lack of concern, and she clearly does not value her job. She needs a serious round of coaching or simply needs to not be at the front end answering calls.
Service - Terrible
Everytime I come to get my car service, the customer service is the worst. I know that my car has to get serviced but I wish there was another here in El Paso. No matter which service person I get, they are rude and so disrespectful. I was tempted to buy another car from Lexus but decided against it being that this service is so bad, I can only imagine what the sales department is like.
