To put it easily, this place rules. Every member here from the baristas to the service men and women are such a delight to talk to and work with. Complimentary coffee and other baked goods. Amazing waiting room. When dealing with the folks at the service department getting a car wash, it was a breeze and they remembered me from the second time coming back. Overall, incredible place.

Today I was treated to the finest experience a customer could ask for. First I telephoned and was happy that a live operator took my call who then transferred me to Derek in parts. I was never placed on hold. Derek was polite, knowledgeable & courteous. Although my request was only for wiper refills, he acted as if I were the most important sale of the day. He had what I needed and set them aside for me. Upon arrival, Derek quickly took my money and even offered to assist me with installing the wiper refills I needed for my sister's 2001 Toyota Highlander. I declined at first saying I could manage, but Derek politely re-insisted on keeping me safe and dry on the service drive. It was bitterly cold and rainy today. I only spent a few dollars but was treated as though I were royalty. Thank you for that.

Brought my car in for Service. I do believe that everyone that works in service must be making 6 figure salaries. That is the only explanation I can give for the prices they charge. One example I wanted to update my GPS. You no longer can buy a disc you have to have service do it they wanted to charge $189 for the USB Drive which is not yours to keep then they wanted to charge close to $200 to download the information.
They charged me $275.05 in labor to change out a sensor. They charged me $235.00 in labor for rear brakes. I dont know if this is just Clear Lake Service. I will be talking to Lexus Corp. about their charges.

I bought a used Lexus from the Used Sewell Lexus in Dallas. It was supposed to have been inspected by their service department and they ensured that I should buy with confidence. After 3000 miles of driving, the car's head gasket blew and this was after I took it in for its routine maintenance at their service department. Since I didn't buy a warranty, I was out of luck and was quoted 9K for the fix. They could not do anything for me. Moral of my story, I will not trust their service department and I should have bought a warranty. I will not buy another car from them.
