65000 mile service - calnort39
I was able to get my service appointment to suit my schedule. Laura was waiting for me even though it was a 12:15 PM appointment. She was able to check me in quickly. Even when I made the appointment over the internet and did not request a loaner vehicle, Laura offer me one. She called me later Friday afternoon that the service was complete and that I could pickup the vehicle Friday. I explained that I was busy and could not pick it up until Saturday morning. On Saturday morning my vehicle was ready and waiting. It had even been washed. I appreciated that wash since my vehicle was covered with pollen when I brought it in.

Amazing and efficient - wendy2738
This is the 2nd car I purchased from Danny. I wanted a pre-owned Lexus with low mileage and it seems like he read my mind as there it was ready for a test drive. He has such a positive and pleasurable attitude. Gives you the facts straight on which is why he is so efficient. I bought my car during my lunch break! David makes my car buying experience enjoyable and stress free. Till the next one Danny!
Gold Star Treatment Buying Preowned - WannaCadillac
Nicole Nance in pre-owned sales treated me like a VIP. Every concern I expressed was addressed, and I'm thrilled with both the buying experience and my new-to-me Cadillac SRX. Nicole made me feel like I was her only customer. I also appreciated access to the complimentary and luxurious coffee bar. I would absolutely purchase from Nicole again, and the treatment I received at Lexus was 5-star!

Beautiful, easy, and enjoyable - mbrooks94
To put it easily, this place rules. Every member here from the baristas to the service men and women are such a delight to talk to and work with. Complimentary coffee and other baked goods. Amazing waiting room. When dealing with the folks at the service department getting a car wash, it was a breeze and they remembered me from the second time coming back. Overall, incredible place.
Very patient, polite, and professional. - TEF
We visited the dealership over the course of several years. Even though we never made a purchase, they were very accommodating, and would always let us take a vehicle for a test drive upon request. We built a casual rapport with a specific sales-person who would always find time to go over vehicle details whenever we dropped by. Often times we would be there for several hours, taking up the sales-person's time, driving several vehicles, burning up the dealership's fuel, and consuming multiple cups of coffee. Never a complaint, never an attitude, never a peep; nothing but handshakes and smiles. The patience and professionalism of the dealership and the sales-person allowed us to take our time and make choices without ever feeling pressured or intimidated. We always felt welcome. This week we will be picking up our first Lexus; a 460 GX Luxury 100% fully loaded, minus the Sport Design Package.
Excellent service - Lrael1989
I have been coming to Lexus for 5 years. My service advisor is Ruben Rios. He is awesome! Excellent service, knowledgeable, professional and consistent. I live near your Dominion dealership location however the drive is worth the service I get at the San Pedro location. I can’t fibd myself getting a new Service Adviser . I also own a BMW and their service does not come close to the service Lexus provides. Your service is A++ so congrats!
Terrible service! - John Fitch
1.0 star rating 1/24/2018
1/24/18: I am 52, and I have been dealing with and driving Lexus cars since they first came out (1 gs300 and 3 Ls430), 1 sc430). After working my job of 30 years, I even sold cars for 2 years and own several classic cars. So my point is I know cars and the cars business. Saying that I must say the service I got form Westside Lexus is the worst I have ever had.
I live in St. Louis and found a low mileage 06 Ls430 (50,074). The service history was excellent, the car fax was clean, and it even was a 1 owner car that was regularly served at Westside Lexus. The car was for sale at MBK Auto Group (they purchased it from Westside Lexus.). I had them send me a copy of the title, and was able to find and talk to the original owner, who assured me the car had never been in a accident or flooded. So, since the car was regularly served at Westside Lexus I ask MBK would that take it to them and have it checked out for me. THEY HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING IT THERE.
So, my next step was to call Westside and explain to them that I was having the car brought to them, and I live in St. Louis, and to really look the car over for me. So, I agreed to have the a oil change which came with a "WORLD CLASS INSPECTION". (Since owning Lexus cars, this is always done and recommendations are given with service).
Once the car arrived, I was given a call to let me know it was there, and a day later to let me know the service has been done. I was told that it was really a nice car, and what they "observed", was: washer fluid low, next service check brakes, Throttle body is clean, and all tires require inspection next service. I even asked the service guy would you buy this car, and he replied, Yes I would.
So feeling good about the car I paid for the service, and notified MBK that the car was finished, and for them to set up shipping.
Here where things get interesting........ When the shipping guy dropped the car off it had 51,001 miles on it ( 27 MILES SINCE LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP). When the car arrived it was around degrees, so I let it run for a while and checked it. The first thing I noticed was a burning oil smell. Next, I noticed the cars heat never got warm. So I left for work, and checked the radiator the next day and found the overflow BONE DRY. I also noticed oil spots in my drive way. So, now I'm getting worried. So I called the Lexus dealer here and set up an appointment (could not get me in for a week). I noticed it was leaking oil pretty bad (Made a mess of my driveway). So I watched the oil level closely, and waited for my appointment day.
Since I would need a safety inspection I told them to go ahead and do it (this is the same inspection and printout that should have been done at Westside.) After looking over the car they called me into the service area and this it what they found: (I video recorded everything)
1) Replace right front lower control arm bushings $597
2)Found both valve cover gaskets leaking $600
3)Hood struts no longer supporting the weight of hood $468.88
4) Recommend timing belt and water pump based on manufacture standards regarding Time. $1525
5)Replace front and rear brakes $437.00 x2
6)Found coolant reservoir/radiator low
7) FOUND DRAIN PLUG TO BE FINGER TIGHT AND LEAKING OIL.
All together $4438.79 Now if they would have did what the Lexus Dealership did here in St. Louis I would have had the option of backing out of the deal, get the car at a reduced price, or have the selling dealership fix the problems.
So, this is when things got worse. I called and talked to the service manager for a hour, and he stood by the fact that "we don't do pre- purchase inspection". I understood that, but what about the as stated "World CLASS INSPECTION" you did. His reply was that is not an inspection! I'm thinking ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!!
Next, I talked to Brett Aldrige, and his reply was: "In the 27 miles that was put on the car between the car leaving here and arriving to you, we have no idea what was done to the car. The shipping company could have pulled the car from the trailer and unloosened the drain plug". ------ When he made that statement I ended the conversation with him.----- I guess they took the anti freeze from the radiation as well!
This is a case of someone in service dropping the ball. Instead of just admitting the mistake, and helping out the customer, they choose to do nothing. Some one just went down the "Passed Tasks" list and check off things, and did not check them. And if this was done to my car, I"m sure its gonna happen again.
So, now I'm dealing with Lexus customer service. Monique was very nice, but informed me there is nothing they can do since the dealership is not owned by Lexus.
Next, I talked to the service manager here in St. Louis, and he is going to see if he can help in anyway.
But as far as the service I got from Westside Lexus, if was the worse, and far from what I used to when dealing with Lexus.
Service department was great from start to finish. - Shawn
From the service from the service department receptionist to getting a loaner car assigned and customer service from Kyle was great. Also can tell mechanics took great care of my car and did great work.

Outstanding experience at Sewell Fort worth - Ns7
This was our first Infiniti QX60 buying experience and we had a wonderful experience with Sewell Fort worth. The salesperson Adam was very helpful and was always quick in responding to our queries. The process was so smooth and straightforward, mostly done over phone/text and no pressure to visit the dealership. We visited only once when we felt like. Adam answered all our questions regarding the feature details of various packages. They did their best to make sure that we get the brand new car at a great price.I would definitely refer them to someone who is looking to buy Infiniti. I hope they do the same if I need their help in services and post sale issues, if any.
Service Advisor Sucks! - Miss Sally
Service Advisor, Michael Mayes, was rude and lack courtesy! I came for an oil change . He told me that he was going to “educate” me when I pulled in; said I was supposed to sit in my car and turn steering wheels this way and that way. Then said he will look for me or paige when car is completed. Of course, that never happened!
Unbelievable experience! Out-of-state customer for life! - Jerry Hook
I leased my 2017 RX 450h through Sewell just a few weeks ago and can't speak higher of my experience. After one too many negative experiences with my local Chicago dealership's sales department, I decided to broaden my search. Sewell had the exact vehicle I was looking for (color combination/options) so I inquired online. Dawn Betrus was very responsive and upfront, answering any questions that I had (boy were there many), making this out-of-state purchase a breeze and putting me at ease. We quickly reached a deal and I then booked a flight to Dallas for the following weekend.
Their Dallas facility is perfectly located next to Love Field, so I was picked up by Dawn at the airport and at the dealer within 15 minutes of the plane touching the ground. Dawn immediately took me to the car for a walk-around to make sure it was everything I wanted and more. Thankfully, it was!
I then worked with Jennifer Blilie for the paperwork and lease documents. Given that this was an out-of-state purchase, and that I was coming from a state that did things very different than Texas, I expected this to have a few bumps. I was wrong! It was flawless and Jennifer had everything taken care of prior to me visiting.
I wrapped up the visit with a 30 minute technology demonstration of my car's new features. I'm sure Dawn would have given me more time if I needed it, however I was very familiar with the features already from my other Lexus. What was a really nice touch was that she was familiar with my old car (a 2010 Lexus), and she focused the demo on how the features have evolved since then. We personalized all of my settings (and then some), and then the garage door was opened and I was off on my 900 mile drive home - 900 miles to fall in love with the car, as I put it.
These two ladies went above and beyond in making this a positive experience, and they succeeded. I have never been so satisfied with a vehicle purchase experience, and appreciate that they were honest and fair upfront without having to play any games. This is how car dealerships should be!
While I do not live nearby to take advantages of the free car washes, you can bet I will be back the next time I am ready to purchase/lease another Lexus! You can also bet that I will recommend you without hesitation to anybody that I can. Thank you for everything!
