My husband, toddler and I went in without an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and we were pleasantly greeted by Hailey. We are in the market for an SUV but undecided exactly what we want. We told her upfront that we wanted to test drive a GX and we were able to test drive one within 15 minutes of arrival. If we decide to go with the GX, we will definitely be back to Lexus of Lakeway and asking for Hailey.

After a fiasco with Park Place Lexus Plano trying for 5 months to get 2021 RX 350 and finding them completely lacking in customer service, no contact on status of an order, after I went to them for a status they claimed the order was deleted for no reason, never followed up on their supposed search for a close match and very slow in crediting back $1000 deposit when I had had enough of them doing nothing. I went to Sewell Lexus of Dallas, which I should have done from the beginning. 15 minutes after arriving Jacob Poteet had found the car I wanted and gave me a timeframe for getting it and only requested a $500 deposit. The level of customer service was amazing and I was kept informed of the progress with the car, including a 2 week delay due to a covid outbreak at a supplier. Bottom line Jacob did everything right and I love my new RX. He even delivered it to my door. You want service for your new Lexus purchase then go to Sewell.

On Aug. 10 9:30am picked up my GX460 from services (90 Thousand mile services) sw Mary Martin that day (on phone) for site unseen appraisal, at 2pm same day Elise Tillman called for info what I wanted to do GX460 I sd wanted an appraisal done cause I wanted to do a trade in for a 2020 RX350 that was on show room floor, She sd once she gets the numbers drawn up so she will submit it to her manger, She also sd she will call back at end of day to give me status update. It has been 9days NO one has called, I have owned a 2008 IS 250, (Pd in full) 2009 ES350,(also pd in full) NO issues with those dealership. As for my 2014 GX460 Matt Lablac was my services he was awesome. Very poor salesmanship services. I paid the $568.24 for my 90k full services which included the brakes check, was everything all good top working order as per service Leo Cruz visual inspection on brake pads calipers and rotors. 2days later and a flat took tire of, I looked and the brake pad I ended up replacing front and real because the ones that I remove were somewhere between 18 to 23 percent of it bake pad life... super worn down surprise brakes did not fail while driving. Real disappointed on the out come of my treatment aswell my vehicles services work. Started looking for another Lexus services department Dallas is closer to Killeen. Thinking of sending my feed back to Lexus Corporate offices. Thanks for your time.

Management doesn’t take no responsibility for the mistake. I took the vehicle to check what is going on with its rattling noise. Technician checked and said nothing is wrong with it. I went to road trip , in the middle of my trip car broke down, service manager is saying like nothing wrong with it, when they checked. Actually the rattling sound was ,due to water pump issue. They don’t want to take no responsibility. If they take responsibility, they have to pay the repair cost. Look like vey inexperienced people work there
