I brought in my 2010 IS250 with 147k miles because it wasn't starting and was beyond the scope of what my normal mechanic could fix. Sewell called me back and said the engine was blown. They offered to put a used engine in for $9000 or open the old engine to diagnose (not fix) for $3000. They called and offered me $200 for my car, saying that they could only sell it an auction!
I didn't feel right about all of this and had my car towed to Pratt Lexus in Benbrook. Pratt determined that it was FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR and fixed it for $900. It's now working great! Something is VERY wrong with this whole picture. ... a dealer misdiagnosing and then offering me $200 for a car worth 7-10k if running. Nice people, good coffee, but something is very wrong. Won't be taking my car back again.

I would say when I was there on Monday the 10th of February outstanding service by Victoria Brown and my service guy. But today when I called to get information about using your service again I was confused about the limited radius if a loaner vehicle. Since the service will take about a day or so from what I was told but I am in the military and station at Fort Hood which is well over the 50-mile radius. I get a better deal by renting a vehicle. Therefore, I had to go with Lexus in San Antonio. It is funny that the Lexus in Lakeway had no miles requirement which has the same ownership as Austin. I guess I'll make my service trips to Dallas where I had great service before and San Antonio. I just do not understand some business on how they make these outrageous requirements.

Danny Smith was my salesman and on this last Saturday as my wife and I were nearing the end of our search for a Lexus that fit our needs we met a super cheery and straight to the point salesman in Danny. He made the entire visit, which was a total of three hours from when we arrived till when we drove away, an extremely pleasant experience. I'm very happy with the vehicle we got and even though there was an issue with the back seat that I discovered once I got home he quickly took care of it and that is what you call fantastic customer service. Everytime I come to get my car service, the customer service is the worst. I know that my car has to get serviced but I wish there was another here in El Paso. No matter which service person I get, they are rude and so disrespectful. I was tempted to buy another car from Lexus but decided against it being that this service is so bad, I can only imagine what the sales department is like.
