I brought my vehicle in when other places could not resolve the problem. Got it fixed once but the check engine light came on. Got it reassessed it was told it would cost 17 K and that some of the previous work which was under warranty had failed. Eliza offered to get the warranty work done again for free and I declined the more expensive repair as it would not have been worth it had to wait almost a month for parts to come in. I realize this is beyond your control, but it was very inconvenient. I command Eliza for being cheerful and keeping me updated.

Just had my truck in for a recall issue on my engine. Jonathan informed me that they needed my truck for the day. When it was done, he called me. I needed a ride, so they sent a driver to pick me up, and by the time I arrived at the dealership, it was after hours, but Jonathan stayed to let me know what they did to my truck. I appreciated what he did, and that is what I call customer service.
