Above and Beyond Service from Zachary at Honda Superstition Springs I recently had an outstanding experience at the Honda Superstition Springs dealership, all thanks to the incredible help from Zachary. I dropped by without an appointment, seeking only advice regarding a loose and crumbling weather seal on the body of my rear passenger door. I was prepared to schedule a repair or order the part, but Zachary immediately dropped what he was doing to assist me. He quickly assessed the issue and, to my surprise, found that they had the exact replacement seal in stock. After I purchased the part, Zachary went above and beyond by installing it for me right then and there. This level of quick, hands-on service was truly impressive. I have always taken both of my Hondas to this dealership for service and have consistently received great care, but Zachary's kindness and willingness to help immediately meant a lot. Thank you, Zachary, for making this repair so quick and painless! I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Zachary for their exceptional service and support.

I have been coming here for my wife's car service for last 2 years. I never had any problems with the service and staff has been so nice, except yesterday, August 22nd/2025 at around 4pm. I had a very bad experience from your service advisor, I brought my Honda CRV for tire repair. The advisor was so rude and told me to buy a new tire instead of tire repair. When I asked him to at least check my tire he agreed to check and told me there is a nail on the side of the tire and Honda dealership does not repair on the side of tire. It is against Honda's policy. I told him that's fine I will take my car somewhere else. That advisor was so rude all the time while talking to me. He was treating me if I did something wrong. His customer service was absolutely zero. He does not know how to interact with the customer. It is certainly not a good thing for the reputation of your company. I bought Honda CRV in 2024 with cash from your dealership and have been getting good service whenever I come there but this advisor of yours made my day miserable and I felt so insulted. I do not know his name but he was at the far left counter in side of service department. I will have to think to go to another dealership for my car service in the future.

9:30 am Appointment for an oil change and recall. Told 2.5 hours. Arrived at noon car had not moved. Service Manager makes excuses and says appointment means you get to talk to a Service Rep. at the time of the appointment, not that your car will be serviced starting at that time.
