Very professional staff who explained the difference between the models I was looking at and the equipment on the models Kara was kind that it took so long to get the Odyssey detailed, bt he car had just came off of the truck the night before. The car had not been PDIed or cleaned yet, so it took a little time. Everone I worked was kind an understanding. Thank you all.

I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.

9:30 am Appointment for an oil change and recall. Told 2.5 hours. Arrived at noon car had not moved. Service Manager makes excuses and says appointment means you get to talk to a Service Rep. at the time of the appointment, not that your car will be serviced starting at that time.
