I have Auto Nation Warranty and I went to the Chevrolet where we bought our Honda CRV. They said that they didn’t have the equipment to see what the problem was . They said to go to A Honda Dealership and they can help me. When I got to Arrowhead Honda Robert told me that they can’t do free Maintenance as they don’t deal with Nation Wide. I told him why Chevy said and he checked things out and he said that’s the system sounds like it’s a battery and if I went to Chevrolet the battery would be $165 and Robert told me that their Battery was more but showed me what the warranty was and I told him that it was a better deal with Honda and said let’s do it. So he helped me with everything and is very Professional. You have a Great Service associate.

Just finished a service experience at AutoNation Honda. I’ve been using them for 17 years, and I don’t have any plans to leave them. They have always done a great job for me! This time my leased car had a horrible squeak that was loud and unpleasant. The mechanic, Ken, searched high and low for it, and he finally found the culprit after persevering for a week! I’m very thankful that I have AutoNation available to me, and I plan to take my car to them for a long long time.

My daughter had a fender bender in her Honda civic that went to insurance was repaired. We picked up the car from repair facility and car was making awful noise was told to go to Honda and have checked out. Honda said water pump was bad and the accident had nothing to do with it. My mechanic repaired water pump but car was still making noise Honda said ac compressor not from accident. Ac stopped working took to Honda they said it was evaporator had Honman repair and said compressor was failing. Still covered by warranty Honda wants 250 diagnostic fee before they check their warranty work.

9:30 am Appointment for an oil change and recall. Told 2.5 hours. Arrived at noon car had not moved. Service Manager makes excuses and says appointment means you get to talk to a Service Rep. at the time of the appointment, not that your car will be serviced starting at that time.
