When I set out to purchase a 16’ box truck for my business I looked all over yet kept being drawn back to Integrity for my purchase. Boy am I glad I was. They aren’t your annoying pushy salesman that are blatantly pain in the xxxxx. They’re exactly the opposite. From the time we first met to the sales agreement to the delivery of my truck an hour and 20 minutes away they always kept me in the loop. They were exceptional throughout the whole process. I was originally intending on “just” talking to an associate and test driving a few cars when I went to the CarShop, however upon learning more about their process and inventory I was sitting in four cars that fell comfortably within my budget and had even more amenities than I even imagined! The car we chose is perfect, but the process was educational and painless for us (and even fun!) Nick was very helpful and was knowledgeable, and if he wasn’t sure about one of our questions he quickly was able to find out the answer. At no point did we feel any pressure and the CarShop environment was welcoming and Nick was very hospitable (had snacks and drink available for us since we were missing dinner). The car we chose was a perfect fit!

If I could leave a 0/5 star rating I would. I purchased a Crosstrek at the end of 2023. The sales person who helped me was personable but the process was far from simple… And the accessories promo I was originally offered- they tried to say it wasn’t valid… weird, but whatever. When I brought my car in for its 2nd oil change the service team put the wrong oil in my car. I got a call a bit after leaving and was told I needed to bring it back because they made a mistake and put the wrong oil in my car… The third time I brought it in for an oil change, I was told someone would call me when it was done. No one ever called- so I took my extra key to the dealership after hours in hopes my car was complete and was accessible somewhere on the lot- since I needed it for the next day. Not only was my car in the middle of the parking lot (not a parking spot), but it was completely unlocked and the key was in the cup holder. I called 3 separate times and left messages to pay over the phone- and report how my property was mishandled. No one called me back. About 4 weeks later, someone called me saying I had an open invoice that needed to be paid- and claimed they never got any messages from me… I honestly don’t understand how the Rafferty Subaru dealership puts incorrect oil in a Subaru. And/also completely disregards securing a vehicle they are in possession of- even more so since- Rafferty wasn’t even open the following day. 10/10 would NOT recommend. It’s one thing to have horrible customer service it’s another to be so careless with someone’s else’s property. Lame.
