This is my 2nd time going back to Ray Price Honda to purchase my new vehicle. Our salesman, Evan, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure the SUV had everything I wanted right down to the color. Our experience with this purchase was very positive, he listened to everything we wanted and made sure that happened. He stayed after hours, multiple times, and didn’t rush us one bit with anything. We were made to feel we were very important. There was no pressure at all during the purchase and Evan followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was good and if we had any questions. We had a very successful transaction and everyone was professional. Highly recommend this dealership and salesman Evan!

Very satisfied with the full experience. Chris "Big Hoss" Rhodes was great to work with and ensured I was in the loop the entire stope of the process. I drove 3 hours to get the vehicle and it was well worth it. The team was very conscious of my time and was ready for me when I showed up. The entire process at the dealership took less than 45 minutes and I was out the door heading home in my new Dodge Ram. Excellent value for my trade and no one was pushy about the extras they throw at you. Overall 10 out of 10. If you need a new vehicle I recommend Buchanon, and Big Hoss!!!

Took over 2 weeks to get my second key for my new truck. The. When we got our jeep the lady in finance ran my wife and my credit even tho I was the only one who signed to get a credit check. We had an appointment to see the jeep took them over 2 hours to get the jeep from Hermitage only 45 mins away. Then they had to deliver it to our house bc something they should of done the day before. I took my truck to get the second key programmed and had CEL. They said would take over 2 hours to just scan it. The. This all happened within a month span. Wish I could say I had a worse experience at a car dealer but this tops the chart for worse ever. Not they are dragging their feet to pay of my trade in.
