I personally had a great experience, I can tell you that the dealership that I had purchased my previous truck from told me to keep my truck for a few more years because I had to much negative equity, this dealership instead ate up a lot of that negative equity and they put me in a new vehicle with a lot more horsepower and torque and bells and whistles and to be honest my payment stayed the same because of lower interest rate and I also got a shorter term by 1 year! I was helped by sales man Joshua and Manager Baldo! I am ready to buy the next one in a couple of years!

Customer service has been great! They are outstanding in customer service and taking care of customers needs/wants and making you happy. I had to return a vehicle outside of my 10 days and they definitely took care of me to get me into another vehicle no questions asked. I had a good expywoth all of the sales team involved as well as upper management. The Denton and Plano team were both great to work with. However to be fully transparent, the vehicle I had to return had issues from the first couple of days that made me uneasy and no longer wanted to keep that vehicle. They were great about letting me return the car ,and offered to put me into a loaner while getting that car fixed.I declined and decided to go with another vehicle. The vehicle I was interested in was located in Oklahoma, and I am in Texas so they covered the shipping fee to get it here. I love my new car but it too had issues right after I bought it (motor mounts and some fuse issues) but they are taking care of this for me and have provided a loaner vehicle while mine is being serviced.

I brought my 3.0 Duramax in for a simple oil change and was met with complete indifference. I sat in the service bay while employees sat at their desks eating pizza, pretending not to notice customers waiting. No greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. I finally had to go inside just to get checked in, and that set the tone for the rest of the visit. More than two hours passed with no communication. When I asked the cashier for an update, she snapped that I needed to find my own service advisor. I walked to the service area and found that my advisor, Atle Fjugstad, was nowhere to be found. His office was empty while my completed truck sat outside. They had finished the work and simply never bothered to tell me. That level of disregard is not a mistake; it is a culture. The waiting room was as lifeless as the staff, and the entire operation showed no leadership, no accountability, and no pride in their work. In 36 years, I have never seen customer service this poor. I have watched children run lemonade stands with more professionalism and effort. Moritz Chevrolet didn’t just waste my time; they earned this review.

My first sour note was with my salesman in August. I wouldn't refer anyone to him. He does not care about his customers after the sale. So, he is not likely to get repeat buyers. My second sour note is that I bought a 2025 RAM 1500 12000 miles, but it came with broken and missing parts, disfunctional infotainment center, and a lot of lies. Still, the onus is on me for buying the truck. My third sour note is the unbelievably long time that it takes for diagnostics and repairs in the service center. And my fourth sour note is the restrictive military veteran discount. Finally, my fifth sour note are the very high prices on new and preowned vehicles.

I recently purchased a vehicle from your dealership and wanted to share my disappointments and concerns with the overall experience. While we appreciate the friendliness of your dealers and financial staff, the issues we encountered have left us hesitant to recommend your dealership to others. Our journey began with a 3-hour drive from Oklahoma to your dealership with high hopes of finding the perfect car. However, the experience quickly turned sour as we encountered several issues that have left a lasting negative impression. Upon arrival at 11:30 am, we were informed that the car was not ready, and work was still being done on it. Despite being promised that scratches and paint chips would be expertly repaired to make the car look "brand new," the reality fell far short of expectations. The vehicle was covered in scratches and imperfections, and we were reassured that the paint and body work would transform it into a flawless beauty. As the day dragged on, reaching 6:30 pm, exhaustion and frustration set in as we anxiously waited for the car to be finished. When it was finally presented to us, the poor lighting made it difficult to discern what had been fixed and what remained unresolved. My wife, exhausted after a 7-hour wait and being 3 hours from home, refrained from closely inspecting the vehicle. Upon returning home, we discovered several issues that were not evident in the dealership's low-light conditions. The grab handle in the back seat was missing, seemingly broken off and carelessly tossed into the vehicle. Additionally, the "brand new" paint job turned out to be a haphazard touch-up, with visible spots resembling white-out, and a noticeable dent in the chrome trim by the driver's side door. While we appreciate the car's performance and features, the discrepancies between the promised condition and the actual state of the vehicle are disheartening. Paying close to $30,000, we expected a better overall experience and a meticulously prepared vehicle. Understandably, used cars may have imperfections, but the misleading promises and the feeling of being rushed to overlook issues have left us dissatisfied. Unfortunately, being 3 hours away, we cannot easily return the vehicle, and we are reluctant to add unnecessary miles to an already questionable purchase. We sincerely hope that your dealership takes this feedback to heart and addresses the discrepancies in the future to provide a more transparent and customer-focused buying experience. We attempted to reach out and received an initial response from the salesman Matthew Bustamante but he shortly stopped replying to us. We also attempted to reach out to the "GM" David Baum and we never got a reply.

I have bought a total of 5 cars at CarMax, and 2.5 at this one i keep returning to CarMax for peace of mind around buying a used car. One car I bought else CarMax-where turned out to be a lemon, and I used the extended warranty at the car dealer to get it repeatedly fixed. The warranty always worked and for 3 times the amount I paid for it. You don't want to need that thing, but I was glad I had it! Lemons happen, new and used, but I worry much more about used cars. The '2.5' above is because the last car I bought had a sunroof issue that GM could not fix. This CarMax dealer did the right thing, bought me out of the deal for everything I had in it, applied it to a different car I wanted, shipped it to there, and set me up about as painlessly as it is possible. They stood behind that sale. Put me in a car that works perfectly.
