Mark was incredibly kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond to help us. Huge thanks to Simone Minor as well — she was so friendly and patient while teaching my daughter how to use the Toyota app. If you're looking for a car, I highly recommend this dealership and especially Mark. Don’t miss the promotion if you can make it by tomorrow — but even after that, this is still the best spot to buy a car!

The salespeople at this dealership are dishonest. They tell you anything to try to get you to go into the dealership. I insisted on getting the total out the door price in writing on the vehicle I was interested in. I am glad I did because they added $2800 of worthless "protection packages" to the cost of the vehicle. I was able to find the same exact vehicle at another dealership in Houston who was willing to negotiate on price and who added ZERO dealer add-ons. I saved $4500 by NOT buying from Legacy Ford. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this dealership.

My husband and I could not be happier about our experiences with Texas Auto North Sales and Service Department. As I said before, the sales department worked with me until we had a deal, we could both agree on. It wasn't easy but they hung in there with me. That was in December. Then we had our backup camera replaced. Fast and efficient service. But it messed up again annnnnnd! Ms. Terri in the service department came to the rescue. You see, when it went out it was a thursday and my husband was leaving for work in Maine on Sunday. She had the guy out there on Friday morning to fix it for him and on top of that; he asked about buying a spare and when she found out that they sold us the truck without a spare, she found him one a gave it to him! I am so happy with this dealership; I am about to go buy another car from them if they will deal with me again! LOL! It was a little agonizeing for them last time. I love this place! Not sure about the South location but I will drive to North Houston everytime I need a new car! Thanks Texas Auto North for treating people right! I would give you 10 stars if I coud! twerner

I bought a car from HGreg Houston on May 28, 2025, and by early July, the car broke down with a “Powertrain malfunction”. No warning, no help, no support this dealer. Car literally stop in the middle of the road and I was left high and dry, and when I tow the car back to there office for help, their attitude was “there’s nothing we can do for you” Let’s talk about the “as-is” game they play🤦‍♀️ They showed me a Carfax report that looks clean but when I took the car to a certified dealership, I found out it had multiple open safety recalls. HGreg either didn’t bother to check or intentionally failed to disclose this before selling me the car. Either way, that’s negligent at best and deceptive at worst. Today (7/22/25) I uncomfortably had to wait at their office to get a towing service to get this car to another place, the manager or supervisor whosoever GOD knows what he is 😶storms up to the front desk, LITERALLY BARKS AT THE TOW TRUCK DRIVER to move the tow vehicle away, He said it like someone trying to rid of a bad apple, completely ignores me, and walks away like I’m trash they don’t want others to see and off their property. (For context: Not one time did I cause any commotion to warrant such behavior from the manager, they called me yesterday and I came today to pick it up and sat quietly, waiting for the towing truck to get there) No offer of rental. No attempt to fix the issue. No compassion, no accountability. I was literally standing inside the same dealership where I bought the car just weeks earlier 🤦‍♀️now being treated like a nuisance just because I wasn’t smiling and handing over money this time. Funny how I had just gotten the license plate few days ago from this same office. If you’re reading this, PLEASE don’t be fooled by the handshake, the manager coming to ask you how the salesperson is doing so far 😐 like the always do (I literally watched people go through the same process they did with me), please don’t fall for the pretty carfax they show you. This whole experience has left me drained, in debt, on the verge of losing my job because I don’t have any means of transportation but worst of all, feeling completely disrespected and disregarded. I’ll never recommend HGreg Houston to anyone. And I’ll never forget how they handled this. Ever. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I had a great experience purchasing my cpo 2023 VW Arteon from Gorman McCraken and their sales person Ms TJ Dade . This was an online purchase which can be stressful from 700 miles away but TJ made the process easy . She was always available to answer my numerous questions, helped with the shipping to Georgia ,and even did a FaceTime call with me showing me the car as a storm approached . She also continued to help me with issues even after the sale had been completed. TJ was A+!! Overall dealership experience was great. I especially appreciated not having a bunch of unrequested add on expenses at the end like many of my local Georgia dealers often do . Would be very comfortable purchasing another car from this dealer.

Sold me a junk car and have been no help with fixing or replacing.Paid $2700 for new transmission and went out in a week.Told them car needs to be picked up and currently is location I had to leave and walk home from When you call the constantly lie and prolong any work or help on vehicle. I tried to call back a few weeks later after I noticed what he did and the manager there told me he was fired for doing this to several people and that I was xxxx out of luck. Its been a year and I still get sick thinking about this place and how they treat first time buyers. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!
