He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly professional, without ever being pushy. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, walked us through our options clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident at every step of the process. Buying a car can easily feel stressful or overwhelming, but Jeter made it straightforward and smooth. He explained everything clearly, answered every question we had, and treated us with real respect. You could tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. We ended up purchasing a Nissan Rogue and couldn’t be happier with both the vehicle and the experience. This dealership is awesome, I worked with George Mack and Bernard Bertsch, they both worked really hard to get me into the car I wanted at my desired monthly payment even though my credit score isn’t the greatest! They made the process so easy and worked for hours just to get me the loan and I drove out of the dealership that day with a beautiful 2023 Nissian Altima. I definitely recommend going to see them if you need a car and you don’t have great credit. I appreciate there hard work and dedication, go get your car from them ASAP!

We went to Nissan of Yorktown Heights to look at a used car. The staff was excellent. We even got to meet the new owner, Adam. We ended up not buying the car, it was just not what my daughter was looking for. I have to say it was the most pleasant visit to a car dealership we ever had, and I'm 60 years old so you go in there on guard, but we were treated so well. There were no high pressure sales tactics. We were treated with actual kindness and understanding, they actually listened to us and what we were looking for. Since we had traveled so far they actually filled our car with gas for the trip home. I wish Adam all the luck in the world in this new endeavor. I highly recommend this dealership and we will definitely keep an eye on their inventory, because we have three daughters that will be looking for cars over the next couple years.

I just leased a new 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum thru the Costco Auto Program at Baron Nissan. My salesman, Satish Massand, is a very experienced salesperson. He is very kind, patient and he isn’t high pressure, like most of the other dealerships. He truly knows his stuff and really wants to help you. I felt he gave me a fair deal since I was looking for a Rogue SL, but that trim level was discontinued and if I went to the lower trim, I was losing features I had become accustomed to. So, Satish gave me a good deal on the Platinum trim and we really love the car. Also I know what when I need service on the vehicle in the future, the Service Manager,Jason Fachner, is very good. Nash is now in another department but he put us on to Raul and he did not disappoint. Raul knows his product and takes the time to go over anything you may ask. If you want a car salesperson that makes you feel you are doing the right thing and will work with you, Raul is your man. He is very personable and cares about his customers, highly recommend Raul if you want to be treated right.

Do NOT Trust Them With Your Money: Worst Experience - Goffle Road Guy

I've bought or leased maybe 20 cars in the past 25 years between me, my wife and my kids' cars. Not all dealers are as good as you hope for, but these guys are WORSE than you can imagine. The car itself is great, but the dealer is the worst that I can image. They owed me money on a trade-in (car was worth more than the amount I was putting down on the new car), and I made the mistake of taking delivery of the new car and taking their word that they would mail me the check for the difference (several thousand dollars) in ten days. That taught me a lesson I will use every time going forward...if they owe YOU the money, wait until you have the CERTIFIED check in hand before you take delivery of the new car. Well, ten weeks later and I'm still waiting for my check. Lawsuit being filed, all because some guy thinks he will outlast me and I'll give in and not demand my money. They are mistaken. So you know, they are affiliated with Elite Nissan in Bergenfield and Infiniti of Englewood...Jeff Liebler is the contact at Infiniti of Englewood who apparently sits on the checks and will be dragged into this lawsuit. To summarize: There are lots of reputable dealers, DO NOT choose this one to deal with. You've been warned.

I leased my Rouge from this dealer in May, 2016. The deal they advertised was they would buy me out of my existing lease if I leased a new car from them. I did the deal and gave them my old Volkswagen but they "forgot" to turn it in. Come October I'm getting invoices from VW as the car was due to be turned in in September and Nissan said they would look into it. They say they had taken the car to their service department and forgot about it. In November they finally turned the car in and in January I got the final invoice. I sent it to them at least six times and they never answered me about paying the invoice. Now their showroom is empty and I am on the hook for $3,000 they were supposed to pay.

But when it came time to cancel our lifetime warranty, which was our plan originally to do after a year, the office and the dealer, David Hershey, have been avoiding us. There’s so much lying and incompetence when it comes to filing documents at this dealership that we’re very close to filing a lawsuit against them. Long story short, just don’t go here- it’ll cause you months of stress and headache as well as wasting of your money.
