I just leased a new 2026 Nissan Rogue Platinum thru the Costco Auto Program at Baron Nissan. My salesman, Satish Massand, is a very experienced salesperson. He is very kind, patient and he isn’t high pressure, like most of the other dealerships. He truly knows his stuff and really wants to help you. I felt he gave me a fair deal since I was looking for a Rogue SL, but that trim level was discontinued and if I went to the lower trim, I was losing features I had become accustomed to. So, Satish gave me a good deal on the Platinum trim and we really love the car. Also I know what when I need service on the vehicle in the future, the Service Manager,Jason Fachner, is very good. They have diplorable customer service in all areas. They don't return phone calls When I bought my last car I made an appointment with the sales rep who sold me the car. I arrived at my appointment time, waited 20 minutes called him and I quote " I forgot, can you wait 10 minutes I am at lunch!'. There seems to be only one service rep Kristen Horn that can do anything. She is so busy communication is poor! I will be taking my business elsewhere.
