The Quick Lane AC technicians were able to determine that the expansion valve in my AC unit that was replaced in June was defected so it was replaced again without charging me for the cost of the part or the diagnostic check that was preformed. Trent Meyers, the service advisor, kept me updated with everything throughout. I was more than satisfied with the way everything was taken care of, including the yearly vehicle inspection that I initially scheduled to be preformed on my 2011 Mercury.

I had a disappointing experience with the service department at Frederick Motor Co. Despite scheduling a 10 AM appointment for a recall repair, my vehicle didn’t enter the service bay until I inquired at 3 PM. I recommend checking your vehicle’s location on the FordPass app to ensure it’s being worked on. I had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise at my own expense, expecting same-day completion as promised, but the lack of communication and delays were frustrating. Even the next day, I received no updates from my service advisor and had to visit in person to get answers. This poor customer service has convinced me not to return. Improvements in communication and timeliness are needed.

WARNING DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR REPAIRS. I was in accident at the end of June. Did some damage. They said almost 9000. Kept my car for 6 week with little updates. When I did get it back it still was not fixed correctly. Mirror was missing pieces. Driver door handle fell apart. Tire censor was still broke. Missing piece in front of car missing. Was told to bring it back should only take a day or two. Would not cost me anything. Nope two weeks later no updates without calling. They sent my insurance a revised bill for another 800 dollars. What a scam Tom is horrible. When I got in check engine light was on he did even know where it was. Do not trust these people. They lie Christine Montooth
