I scoured the internet to find the car closest to what I wanted. Ciocca had it! I live almost 400 miles away from the dealership and there was lots of snow and road salt on the roads. I obviously could not drive my 2023 Stingray down for an appraisal. I submitted current photos and George gave me what I thought the trade in was worth. My salesman Ben was exceptional and did everything possible making the sale a very pleasant experience.If there's a C9 in my future I will call Ciocca Quakertown first !

The car I was interested in ended up being sold prior to my arrival, and Dave was so patient with me while I looked at other options. Once we found the perfect fit, he spent time with me to set-up and learn how to work all the features on my car, and even checked in after the sale was complete. From the first interaction with our sales guy to the final interaction with the finance manager and everyone in between, we had exceptional service. I called on a Monday morning to inquire about a vehicle we saw. They told me they would have it ready for us to look at and test drive after work. When we arrived they delivered on their word. They gave us space to test drive and look over the vehicle. There was no pressure, no snakey sales man slithering around us. The finance application was seamless. They provided us with a loaner vehicle since we traded ours in and the vehicle we were purchasing wasn’t detailed and fully ready yet. There was open communication the ENTIRE time. They went above and beyond to help us with a financial matter from their other dealership. This issue had absolutely NOTHING to do with them but the exceptional customer service they have, they stepped up and helped us anyway. There were no surprise costs, no surprise additions to our sale. Communication was open the entire time and the sales manager took his time to answer our questions. My wife and I had a great experience at Klick Lewis. We were at a dealership the day before and were not acknowledged for at least 10 minutes and finally gave us one offer and we asked for more and they said we can't due business if you would like more, unbelievable answer. When we got to Klick Lewis the next day we walked straight to the trucks outside and before we got to the truck area Bryan Houser asked if he could help us. My wife and I knew right away we were at the right place. Every person on the sales team said hi to us and one was at the door on his way out and held the door for us and said hi as well. This sales team is being managed by Joe and I left him know how well we were treated and he is doing a great job. Bryan our salesman was so exceptionally helpful and had us drive multiple trucks and could explain every detail of the truck inside and out. He also went to bat for us and got us more on our trade that we couldn't resist. This was not our first vehicle from Klick Lewis and we definitely recommend this dealership to everyone we know. Steve in parts has always went to bat for me every time I ordered parts and did research on questions I had and always got back to me. The truck we bought has been nothing but a great experience and Bryan even picked up our truck where I work and had the accessories installed and filled the gas tank and brought it back to my work.
