Excellent experience from start to finish. - christymiller76

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jelani and Tamer were both knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me at all. Mark in finance was also great. From start to finish, I was in and out (including test drive) in 2 hours. Highly recommend.

This is the second car I’ve bought from Claire. - cherylreecher

This is the second car I’ve bought from Claire. She is very good at listening and aligning the right vehicle to my needs. She goes out of her way to answer questions in order to make the best decisions. The rest of the staff are terrific as well. I would highly recommend Claire and the team at Annapolis Nissan.

I can't say enough good things about Jim Coleman Nissan, - joeaglass

I can't say enough good things about Jim Coleman Nissan, and especially about my salesperson, Anand Javeri. Car shopping can be stressful, but Anand made it easy and even enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, Anand was professional, friendly, and actually listened. He took time to understand what I needed and never pushed me toward something that didn't fit. He knew every vehicle inside and out, answered all my questions patiently, and explained my options clearly without any pressure. What stood out most was his honesty. The numbers were straightforward, the process moved quickly, and I never felt like I was being played. Anand kept his word at every step and made sure everything was taken care of before I drove off. He even walked me through all the features of my new car so I felt comfortable from day one. The whole team at Jim Coleman Nissan was welcoming and organized, and you can tell they care about their customers. This is how buying a car should feel. If you're shopping for a Nissan, go see Anand Javeri at Jim Coleman Nissan. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Anand, for a fantastic experience! — Joe Glass

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY FORGED MY - Carole Nketcha

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP BECAUSE THEY FORGED MY SIGNATURE, LIED TO ME, DISMISSED MY CONCERNS, AND THREATENED ME WITH CREDIT DAMAGE. IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STAR I DEFINITELY WOULD!!! I purchased a vehicle from Antwerpen and was given a contract that outlined a monthly payment of $X and a specific interest rate. Everything was signed electronically, and I was provided a copy of the contract on a USB drive. Several weeks later, I received a letter from the bank stating that my monthly payment would be $XX—a higher amount than what I had agreed to—and that the interest rate had also changed. I immediately returned to the dealership and spoke with Shuvo, the finance manager who originally handled my deal (he has since left the company). He insisted that I had signed for $XX, but when I mentioned I would verify the contract saved on the USB, he didn’t appear concerned. Therefore, I gave him the benefit of the doubt because they (him and the salesman) had previously “helped” me get out of a bad deal from their Owings Mills location, which had sold me a defective vehicle (the car had engine problems and completely stopped on the road when I was driving) and has since closed. I had specifically requested that the terms of the previous deal carry over—but clearly, that did not happen. Feeling uneasy the day before my payment deadline, I finally opened the PDF file from the USB—and I was right. The contract I signed stated $X, not $XX. I contacted the dealership again and spoke with their new finance manager, Logan, who acknowledged there was a discrepancy but repeatedly called me “sweetie” and dismissed my concerns. She insisted that the dealership’s version of the contract reflected $XX and showed no interest in reviewing the copy they had provided me. When I explained that the USB file shows different terms, she brushed it off and informed me that returning the vehicle based on “my version” would be treated as a repossession and negatively impact my credit. I then escalated the issue to Antonio, a sales manager, who told me the terms of my bank approval were XX% interest and $XX/month—not what I had signed. When I explained that I had the original contract file, he admitted that “mistakes happen” and this was just one of them. The most alarming part came when I asked how the dealership submitted a different contract with my signature. Antonio admitted that Shuvo had copied and transferred my electronic signature onto a new version of the contract and submitted it to the bank—WITHOUT MY CONSENT. In other words, they FORGED MY SIGNATURE. THAT IS NOT A “mistake.” THAT IS SIMPLY FRAUD. I trusted this dealership AGAIN, even after a previous bad experience. I was referred by a family member who used to work there and genuinely believed they would do right by me. Instead, Antwerpen altered my contract, forged my signature, lied to me, dismissed my concerns, and threatened me with credit damage. This experience has been not only deeply disappointing but also unethical and potentially illegal. I strongly urge others to be cautious and take their business elsewhere.

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this... - twynn4lif

I purchased a used 2007 Nissan Maxima from this dealership. The sales guy was nice however, the business practices of this dealership is the worst. I traded in a Infiniti G35 when I bought the maxima. Thirty days later the G35 was still not paid off by the dealership eventhough I called them about 3 weeks later because the finance company on the G35 kept calling me about a payment. After several phone calls to RStempler for them to send the payoff to finance company, they finally sent the payment. Well, 10 days later I get a call about being behind 2 car payments on the G35 because the check that RStempler sent had bounced. How in the world does a nationwide dealership bounce a check. There irresponsibility has now caused my credit to be damaged because they didn't pay for the trade in. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if you are trading in a car. It has been a month and a half and my trade in still isn't paid off.
