I went into the dealership tonight for one mission and that was to test drive the Santa Fe. I was greeted by J.O. who from the beginning was very helpful! We test drove two cars and she had all the info I needed. She was great and very knowledgeable!

Great people to work with. Worked with Paul (service writer) previously, and he is the best by far. Customer service seems to be job #1. Communication is always very good, which is a challenge to many companies. Sales department is also very good, and Michael Griffiths was great to work with. I highly recommend Capitol Ford.

I had the best experience with this dealership! Damie Griffin, my sales person was excellent and patient with me. He went over all the details of the 2026 Jeep Wrangler before we took it on the test drive, showing how to take the top off, putting it back up and unhooking, rehooking the back window. After the test drive, we went over the paperwork as they took my Jeep Sahara out to appraise it. The Sales department really worked hard to give me the best deal, giving me top dollar for my trade in as well as any rebates I qualified for. They answered my questions about GAP insurance, Car Care Service Maintenance Plan and a Lifetime Powertrain Limited Warranty. Before I left the lot, Damie connected my Iphone to the Jeep and showed me a few things on setting up my screen which I have promptly forgotten. I bought the Jeep on Wednesday and Damie has texted or called me every day asking if I had any questions or concerns and if I need any help with anything. I told him I was trying to figure out the navagation system and he has asked me to stop by when I'm in the area and will show me how to get that working. I have been very impressed with them and will come back to them again. One last thing, I had worked night shift the night before and had not slept. They were very concerned about my safety when I left the dealership since I had been up almost 24 hours, which was sweet.

I just want to reiterate again that everyone at this deal ship is so helpful. From the sales rep to the sales manager to the finance manager and everyone in between everyone greeted me with a smile shook my hand and offered to help. Now this is not uncommon at dealerships but what makes this one different is they actually followed through on their promises. They went above and beyond to ensure my family was handled and I’ve never experienced anything like this at any other dealer. They truely are a family business and I felt like I was with family the second I met them all. The service was wonderful and would recommend them over and over again to anyone I know.
