He listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions and was available the entire time. This was by far the most friendliest dealership I purchased a vehicle from especially considering this is my first Volkswagen. End of June 2025, we are driving home and passing through Sanford NC. The "Check Engine Oil" indicator comes ON. Very fortunately, a GOOGLE search on my phone finds Hiester CJDR only 6 miiles from my location. Got to the dealership OK, went to Service Office, and met Bill Perry. I explained our emergency, he was able to immediately get the JEEP into a repair slot. The Technician Mr. Garcia-Alcantar found the oil pressure sensor had split and was leaking oil..... So, new part installed, an oil change and a new filter, and a complete complimentary Factory Multi-Point inspection, and we were on our way. 6 hours later we arrived home, the JEEP ran flawlessly. I highly recommend this dealership and its attention to customer service. Also, it is a great location near my kids, should I ever need any maintenace done on my JEEP. Thank you to all the crew at Hiester CJDR, this was a superior and worry-free experience. - Mark S.

I went this weekend for a specific vehicle I was interested in. They had the best price which is why I made the one-hour trip. Tyler met me at the door and helped me check out the vehicle, test drive, and fill out the application. There was no pressure, no haggling over price since all their vehicles are priced at their lowest option. The finance manager was helpful and explained everything clearly. Unfortunately, at the last minute, I needed to sleep on the decision since it was a big purchase for me. They totally understood and I ended up returning when they opened the next day and I'm so glad I did. I am so happy with my vehicle. It's the first newer vehicle I've purchased in a long time! Such a positive experience and not like past experiences when you get chased down by the salesperson and drive you crazy!

Worst dealership I have been to. Employee taking money for slots pushing other people out. Internal Managment being very shady. I have bought a lot of high end cars amongst other assets and have never seen such poor customer service and bold lies. I have all email confirmations in writing and have summited a full file to Porsche North America who will hopefully do something about this. Wilmington location far superior.

They try to find the cause of issues that I had noticed on the car. They provided a loaner when they were informed that I had waited too long for a routine maintenance check. Since they would like to recreate the issues mentioned, they needed more time and so a loaner was offered after a 3 hour wait. Even though it meant I had to return the next day, at least they wanted to make sure all's well with the car. My suggestion was to make sure all EV owners should be assigned an EV tech when an appointment is made. This was the problem with mine because it was a tech who was not familiar with EV's and was trying to do the maintenance and clear up the issues.

Tilita is Awesome!! Unfortunately, one of my friends thought he was doing me a favor by getting some serious work done to my car. He didn't take it to Lee Hyundai to get it done. I know he meant well, but I was on edge. I was going out of town and was very concerned about the work that was done (Not at a hyundai dealer). Tilita squeeze me in on a Saturday to look at my car before I had to go back to Florida. She said that everything look fine according to the tech. It just needed a couple of things done. What a sigh of relief. I thank Tilita for her assistance on getting me in on a holiday weekend. I have also asked my friend to never have anything done to my car without the hyundai being involved going forward.
