I understand overhead and inventory; but PLEASE make sure it is the vehicle you want if you make a deposit as it is non refundable per their policy!!! My experience was subpar; but the GM Scott rectified the situation immediately once he was notified given my specific situation/circumstances. I discussed with Scott that there should be a disclosure put in effect to notify the consumer. Thank you Scott for understanding the circumstances and being a stand up business owner to do what is right and rectify the situation.

After communicating with salesman Ed Smiley multiple times this week, and speaking with him on the phone, and texting him the night before and morning of, we ( and he definitely knew it was an hour and a half away, and I made sure he knew I had a severely bad back, we drove the hour and a half to buy this particular corvette. My wife saw the car as we drove in the lot. After 10 minutes, and not one person came up to us, I walked into the building and called him. I said I was there for the car. SILENCE. After about 15 seconds, he said the car was sold. Silence ……, My opinion- his words were all about how to get a possible customer within sight to try to make a buck. Not to worry about the customer. And the pooch gets the short end again. Another “Honest Ed” story I’d guess. My experience has made me very sorry we wasted time going up there.

Left my 2020 F150 for service. On the way home checked my tire pressure. One tire was very low. They had told me I needed tires but didn't even check the pressure. A day or 2 later the washer fluid light came on. They hadn't checked the fluid. I decided to Check the coolant. No coolant visible. Had to use a stick to find coolant level. Wonder if they actually changed the oil.

I wish there was spots to give everyone kudos. I did not find a rude or snake-type person in the entire bunch! The service people even treat you fantastically. Everyone says hello, opens the doors, doesn't point but will walk with you to your location. Oh and popcorn from the express lube is a plus too. As far as the sales team, that is the fastest I have been in and out of a dealership ever. Not loaded with crazy mark ups. Bethany really listened, and made sure I was in the right vehicle for my needs!! I also loved the family feeling from the managers and everyone else. They didn't hide in a box, or look down at you. They came out, they met us. Chad even made finance not that painful!

Monday morning I received a call from salesman Hunter Rondello from Thomasville office. He was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. This is the worst dealership in Georgia. Took over a month to payoff trade. Mike at the dealership is a “BIG LIAR” stay away from this guy. Almost screwed up my credit by not paying off my vehicle in a timely manner. I had to drive from the Tallahassee, Fl. area back to the dealership to make them payoff my trade-in and print a check for a late payment on the trade-in.

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I called and spoke with John in service. I told John I would be dropping my vehicle off for service. I specifically asked for a certain tech to work on my car. He has been working on my car for years. Come to find out my car was never given to the tech I requested. I don't appreciate my request being ignored. If a service writer can't follow a simple request, will he be able to relay the proper information to get my car fixed properly? Every other time I requested a certain tech work on my car; it's been given to him. Why John took it upon himself to give my car to whomever he wanted it beyond me.
