We used an auto adviser through our credit union. That made it easier. No sales hassle that way. The trade in amount was fair but not great. We bought a 2025 explorer ST. We couldn’t get the color we wanted because that car was service loaner. I don’t know why they loan out such a sporty vehicle for a loaner. Online they showed the car as available. Overall the dealership was average.

However, I do want to give my 2 cents on the service department at Gator which was a great experience. Bryan and Brandon did a great job of looking out for me and once diagnosed a timely repair.
