I specifically went to Dick Scott to look at a car on the used car lot. Tricia was the first sales person to approach me and I’m so glad she did! She helped make the car buying experience enjoyable. Lucky was also helpful with walking me through the credit application after I had trouble with the online form. And Sam was great with finalizing the financing paperwork. I have already asked Tricia to keep a lookout for a used car for my college son. I hope to work with the Dick Scott team again.

Just purchased a 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500 from Jasen Raby this salesperson was fantastic and also very honest and transparent when it came to helping me. I went to the dealership a few times just to test drive different trucks. He also helped my son who we purchased a truck together. He gave us great customer service, he was honest, had great integrity and answered any questions we had with the vehicle. He bent over backwards to make myself and son happy! My dealer Mike, who I've trusted for years, was able to get me in to finally fix my passenger window switch that had been broken for months(tried working with my local dealership but was running into issues). I drove all the way from Clarkston to Dearborn because I know the level of service here is always top notch. Mike checked with Josh in parts to make sure they had what I needed, and Josh made the part a priority. Tim, the service manager (another long-time connection), worked with my schedule and made sure a tech was ready for me as soon as I arrived. I am a female senior citizen. I bought my car from this dealership and it has been serviced there and nowhere else. They are very good at helping me keep my car on the road. And the service managers don’t talk down to me. They have always treated me with kindness and respect. Regular maintenance has helped me catch problems early so safety is maintained and the repair doesn’t get increasingly expensive. Their client waiting room is comfortable and their restroom is clean and smells good. I never have to dread auto maintenance I asked to have the inside of my windshield washed. It was very dirty and I couldn’t reach it myself. It was clean and was sparkling when I got back into my car. Last winter when it was -10 degrees I drove into the service bay because I thought I was getting a flat tire. They just had to add air to all 4 tires because of the severe cold that had lasted over a week. No charge for the service. That’s the kind of attitude that makes me come back every time. Victory Honda in Ann Arbor is my answer for everything auto.

Do not buy a bike from these clowns. Bought a bike from them back in May. Over a month went by and plate expired. Called them and they said someone forgot to file my paperwork to the SOS. Its now almost August and I just now got the plate. Bike sat for over a month and is now rusting and they offered me an oil change. I don’t expect to get the title for another 2-3 weeks so I’m losing probably 2-3 months of the riding season and out $2000-$3000 on resale. DO NOT BUY FROM SOUTHGATE HONDA
