From the rentals to the write-up to top notch technicians, you just will not find better. I have recently had a few separate visits for my F-150 tremor, Expedition and Edge. From oil changes and tires to transmissions. Every visit has been five stars! I would like to personally like to the thank the following employee's: Mark Rydman for overseeing all repairs and taking care my rental need. Megan Tilley, Roland Hayes and Katie Cunningham for their outstanding write up's and communication throughout the process. Technicians Dustin Swindell, Kevin Goebel and Zeke Tilley for outstanding workmanship and professionalism. We had already agreed to that price and paid a deposit according to that price so I was a little out off by that but otherwise it was a great experience.

The grounds and facilities are pretty clean aside from the bathroom… I had already done three weeks of research on my next vehicle, and I on my last test drive tour. GMC and Chevy were my final 2. I was looking to purchase a vehicle when I arrived, I walked around the showroom, then outside to view your lot, then the showroom again and I almost left because no one greeted me inside, and no one came outside to see if I needed any help. I was walking back to my car to go visit another lot then Del Hogan intercepted me and asked if needed anything. He was already busy helping another person and there were 2 available salespersons sitting in the showroom who said nothing. So when he stopped me I immediately said he would get my business. I was between the Yukon/Tahoe or Silverado/Sierra. Thanks to people like Del, you got the sale, he was busy, but not busy enough to greet and assist, I came back to purchase because of Del, the customer experience is the most important part about purchasing your vehicle. I left 2 other dealerships who ignored me inside and outside of there facilities even though they both had vehicles I WANTED to purchase. You should give Del a raise and a bonus for his customer service and support, he was great, straight forward and humble. Big thanks to Michelle Cafeo as well, she was great sharing and explaining the options available during the financial and add-on services portion of the buying process. I appreciate you two!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Bob Maxey out of Howell MI. I live out of state and found a vehicle reasonable priced in the quality I wanted. I worked with their online used car sales team, specifically Joe, "The New Guy" as he goes by, and he was amazing. He was extremely professional, warm and down to earth, built a relationship of trust with me, and was very knowledgeable about the truck I was interested in. This was all I could ask for and more with being out of state. After feeling confident in what I was getting and Joe putting me at ease, I bought the one way ticket to Detroit. A few hours later I was riding back to Omaha in my dream truck! This place is the real deal. If you have doubts, ask for Joe or Steve. They will be honest and truly work on behalf of the customer. Great business with even greater people!!!

Do not ever go here! They had our truck for 2 weeks and were impossible to get ahold of. We called, emailed, and left messages and the only way we got a response was going in person. Parts delays happen, but they had 0 communication, never apologized, and then had the gall to want to charge us to put it back together (took them 15 mins to do) for a warranty repair.

After a fairly good experience purchasing our new to me used vehicle (a 3 hour wait to finalize the paperwork) with a good price. I had a verbal agreement with the sales person to provide me with the second key fob that was at "the other location". After I left happy, I am now not. They tell me it is not a requirement to provide a second key for a used vehicle (and I agree with this statement). But this was a factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle as I need 2 keys. When I contact the sales associate they tell me they will talk to the manager and I never get a call back and always the brush off. So I am sorry to say, what could have been a very good experience has now been tainted by a key fob and poor follow up after sales. So my families future car purchases will not be through Feldmans or any of their branches and I recommend to any that read this... If you are dealing with Feldmans make sure you get it in writing if you expect it to be done.

We bought a truck there in January. Deal promised to mail a 2nd key it's almost March and still no key. This was written into the deal. Also waiting for them to fix a leaky window on the truck. We are out of state, so need to take to another dealer for repairs. Do not recommend this dealer. We worked with Hudy.
