I would like to give a 5 rating but after having to make a 2 hour trip one way back after they serviced our Kia carnival because they did not tighten the oil drain and it was leaking in our garage we were not happy with a 4 hour round trip, gas expense and over a half a day from work.

I didi not buy my KIA from Grubbs. I have had a very bad experience with KIA of Amarillo and could not even get them to go over how the car functions. So I went to Kia of Wichita Falls and explained my situation to a salesperson named Hannah. With out any hesitation she helped us with every question we had for her. They were unable to help us completly but we can now drive our new car. Thank you Grubbs and your fine salesperson Hannah.

Found an Autotrader posting here for the Vehicle I was looking for at a very reasonable price and in super condition with low mile. Investigated this listing and the autofax. Set up a time with Chrissy met her early inspected vehicle took drive made cash offer and finished paperwork exactly as shown in posting with no changes or additions. Chrissy and all staff I met were friendly and helpful. I have a few days for closer look by my mechanic but expect no hiccups. Thanks for a fast and pleasant transaction 5/24/25.

I've had many dealings with the service department and will say they have worked hard for me to get the work done on time and explained everything that I needed to do to maintain the warranty. They worked beyond the call of duty to get my repairs completed. Frank Tadora was attentive and kept me informed of all progress. I felt comfortable in all my dealings with them and felt they were very honest. I'd highly recommend them for any service.

Wayne Runnels was wonderful to work with during our shopping experience! (We dislike car shopping!) Bob Moore was our first stop. Wayne helped us decide which model and trim package. After the test drive, we explained there were a couple of other brands that we wanted to look at before making a decision. Wayne was totally understanding and absolutely no pressure. After a couple of other car dealerships, we called Wayne and said we are on our way back to complete the purchase. Wayne walked us through the process, and it was quick! Definitely would recommend Bob Moore Kia and Wayne Runnels!

Eddie is the worst salesman and lied to me more than - Doug

Eddie is the worst salesman and lied to me more than anyone has in my entire life. I don’t think he told the truth once to me that day. He lied about everything. Even the type of bottle water he gave me he lied about. He goes to the back to get payment numbers for me to get financed. First off he takes forever. IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO GO TO FINANCE AND GET NUMBERS. He sits back there and laughs about how he’s about to screw you over. It is their tactic to keep you there as long as possible so you get desperate to leave and will sign any deal. Any deal he offers can and will be beat by Kalidy Kia. They will also not lie to you. Their finance guy will be honest if you can afford it or not. Kalidy Kia does not try to screw your over and WILL NOT lie. Eddie even lies about window tinting. He says HE has a friend that tints windows. It’s not his friend the whole dealership uses them. He even lied about that. Which doesn’t even matter if it’s his friend or not. He just wanted to throw another lie in there. He did this to a disabled veteran and took high advantage of me. Please support a veteran who was taken advantage of and go somewhere else. Boomer Kia prides in hiring people like Eddie who screw veterans over and over and over again. Kalidy Kia or anywhere where Eddie does not work. Eddie takes advantage of anyone who does not know what they are doing. He is the biggest lliar by far I promise. He will mark the car up or take money off of your trade in. Anything to get an extra dollar in his pocket. The most dishonest salesman ever.

Place is a joke!! We were there two different times trying to test drive a vehicle. First time 3/17/18 they said the battery was bad in the car. Nobody wanted to put one in the vehicle so we could test drive it. Came back on 4/14/18 just to see if the vehicle was still there. It was. We went in to ask to test drive the vehicle and was told that they didn't have the keys and we couldn't test drive the vehicle because they were being audited. The sales guy Mr. Jones was trying to help us and offered to go buy a battery with his own money which I thought was pretty strange. He was not there again the second time. The dealership is very shady! What dealership wouldn't go above and beyond to get you in a car or have a battery in there service center? Shady!!!!!!

Horrible service. They have been avoiding me because of their mistakes done with paying off my trade off. Send General manager and email and nothing. Good afternoon sir, this is Kathy Fellows. I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 on March25. I traded my 2016 Jeep Wrangler white, and your financial managers didn’t take care of it til April 10. I was receiving phone calls about late payment. Not only they send the wrong amount, but to the wrong address as well. Now there’s a balance that still hasn’t been paid which is the interest from the two weeks it took them to payoff the car. Not only is the vehicle already posted online, but I have not gotten a phone call from Jeremiah or Bryan. They are always busy with a customer or at a meeting, the receptionist has send them multiple emails about my call. And not once have they called me. It’s 3 months later and this situation hasn’t been taken care off. This is the worse customer service I have received. I have bought 3 vehicles and never had this issue. So sad of a dealership to have managers not return your call and avoid you.Please help, get this situation fixed, I am not paying for someone mistake and being Irresponsible. Very annoyed Customer.
