Although I’ve owned several luxury brands over the years, I had decided to try Mercedes-Benz. My sister has owned a GLE for many years and said it was an amazing vehicle. When my wife was ready for her new car, I started searching for a CPO Mercedes, I found a perfect one at Calstar in Glendale and spoke to Em. She was incredible. I’ve bought and sold dozens of cars over the years and the experience both with her and the Mercedes dealership was the best by far. Em was smart, friendly, and very patient with my negotiating. There was no fake haggling just an honest discussion back-and-forth, and we landed on a reasonable price. John Hong in finance was incredibly polite and helpful through closing the whole deal. I am very lucky to finally be part of the Mercedes-Benz family because it’s an entirely different class than Lexus, Acura, and Audi. From the showroom, to the people, to the GLE itself, I’m extremely impressed. Thank you, Em.

Roberto was excellent in the interaction we had with him at Rusnak Mercedes . We came as strangers and ended up leaving as friends although we did not purchase the car since it was not accessible for my mother. He did go out of his way and drove the car to our house for her to try it and was extremely cooperative and opened with us and gave us all the options but unfortunately we did not purchase the car yet that did not change his demeanour and he remained extremely professional and friendly, and next time we are in the market for a Mercedes, we will definitely be going to Roberto.
