I’m writing to express serious concern over the recent service experience involving my RAV4. Over the course of two full weekends, my vehicle was held—first for a repair, then again to correct a repair that should never have occurred. Despite the extended inconvenience, no rental vehicle was offered, and my RAV4 was returned with an empty gas tank.
The consequences were not just frustrating—they were dangerous. Shortly after pickup, my RAV4 stalled on the 60 freeway, one of the busiest highways in the area. I was stranded in traffic and could have been hit. This was a direct result of your team’s failure to return my vehicle in safe, drivable condition.
This experience reflects:
• Negligent service and poor communication
• Failure to provide basic customer care
• Disregard for safety and accountability
I’m requesting a formal response and resolution, including:
• Reimbursement for fuel and roadside assistance
• Clarification of your rental policy for extended service delays
• Assurance that safety checks are performed before releasing vehicles
I trusted your dealership with my vehicle. That trust had been compromised.
