After reading some of Steve's reviews, I see that I am not unique! He is such a great guy everyone wants to work with him again and again. In 2004 I got lucky and got Steve as my sales person. He listened to me list what I wanted and then took me across the street to a brand new 2004 Sienna. I drove that car until last week! I had such a great experience with Hamer I thought I go back to get another car. I was so surprised to find Steve still there and he remembered me and what he sold me! So again he listen to what I wanted and found EXACTLY what I wanted down to the color! (Not so easy when buying a used car!) I am so pleased with my new car and would work with Steve again in a heartbeat! Thanks Steve!

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

What an absolute pleasure and joy, spending time at this dealership. Rolando together with his manager Jordan made is very easy, and stress free too come to a great deal beforehand. There was no back-and-forth for hours on end, nope it was so pleasant, we had already worked out the numbers, and only needed to look over the new vehicle, and run credit before sitting with the finance person. About 2 hours in and out, a lot of heartfelt laughter and just a good experience. The dealership is a nice and clean place, with some great tunes playing out over the speakers both inside and outside. Thank you for the great service, and super pleasant experience.

What a nightmare. I have said it before&I will say it again. I will never buy a Kia again because of the service centers. I love my car but the service centers are incompetent. They had my car for a month. Kept saying that my warranty company was denying a repair but when I called the warranty company they told me no repairs were submitted. I contacted corp and they tried to contact mgmt&no response. Twice I asked them to pick me up&was told someone would call me no one did. Finally got a ride there. When I walked in Dennis the mgr is who i spoke to. They called the warranty right in front of me. The clerk was only informing the warranty company of part of the repair. When they had the whole story it was covered in an instant. When I picked up my car my sun roof opened less then it did when I dropped it off. I brought the vehicle back and they first tried to make me pay ANOTHER diagnostic fee and they are stating that the warranty company won't cover the entire time for the repair. I called the warranty company&they cover the manufacturers suggested repair time plus 40%. The dealership service center says they cannot repair it in the covered time. Do not take your vehicle here. They are a nightmare. They literally caused the problem with the last repair and want to charge me to fix it. I'd upload video proof if allowed.
