Great experience! We were greeted by Eli, who smiled and waved as we pulled into the dealership parking lot. I had already done some research online and had a 2023 Santa Fe in mind to look at. Eli took us on a test drive in that vehicle and gave us a brief overview of it. Afterwards, we headed inside to take a look at numbers for a trade-in. James Highsmith took over from there and gathered all of our information so he could give us some options. After negotiating for a while, we were pleasantly surprised with the final offer that we accepted. We met with Susan Hicks in finance who was wonderful and made the signing process quick, easy and fun. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. I highly recommend a visit!

So...we decided to go car shopping, on a Friday. Why, I have no idea! All the lots were teaming with people and I was thankful that my hubs and I did our homework, knew what we wanted to see, knew where to go and what our bottom line was. We arrived at Selma Hyundai and A.P. welcomed us, asking if we were already speaking with someone - we weren't- and if we needed assistance. He provided a ton of great information on the Genesis line we were interested in. We were waffling between a 2019 and a 2021 and he helped us with pros and cons for each, listening to what we really were looking for, went with us while we drove each and allowed me to really dig into analyzing the feel and overall "sit" of each model, going through features and detailed information on comparisons to other vehicles in that class. Super helpful! He made it an amazing experience and not only helped us get into the car we really loved, but walked with us every step of the way. The entire Hyundai crew made our experience one I will never forget, from the sale to the finance end, communication was flowing for literally three full days. I highly recommend you go visit them if you're looking for a new ride and you want to be treated like family!

Our financing rate came back a little higher than I would have liked and the finance guy Christian, worked very hard to find a lender with better rates. Could not be happier with our new Mazda and would definitely recommend this team.

When I explained that I am undereducated about vehicles, he patiently explained more about how to weigh the variables comprising a car's expected longevity and cautioned me about automobile safety factors with which I was unfamiliar. His sincerity in wanting me to feel comfortable and certain in my car purchase came through when he was very understanding about me wanting to check out a second vehicle at another dealership. He did not try to scare me with scarcity tactics. He encouraged me to take the time I needed to learn about both vehicles and test drive them. Not one ounce of pushiness! At the other dealer, I was met with typical salesperson behavior and dishonest tactics, and I felt zero confidence that the salesman cared at all about what I needed. All he could talk about was what he could do with the numbers to get me into a car that day. It felt insulting. Making a vehicle purchase is a tremendous decision and cost, and people deserve more than being handled. I immediately drove back to Dann's Auto and met with Chris to purchase the vehicle that is the best fit for my family. I left feeling confident with the vehicle's reliability, the transparency of the vehicle's history, the warranty, and the integrity of Chris R. Thank you, Chris! I already feel this was a very smart and safe choice for me and my loved ones.
