I really can't think of a better place to have my car serviced. The whole service department is fun to talk with and professional to work with. The technicians are top notch and always fix my car. The parts department goes out of their way to get my parts in a timely manner. I just adore this whole dealership including Sales. Don't get me started with how many times Ian has helped me and my friends will all of the technology on these vehicles. He is absolutely the best product Genius I have ever worked with. Highly recommend this dealer. I always deal with Kevin one of the service writers. He has always been helpful when it comes to repairs that are needed for our car. He got me set up for an appointment very quickly, checked to see if I needed a loaner, which I usually just wait since they are very efficient and quick with repairs. When the wife's car needs replaced I plan on getting her a BMW from this facility based on the service and care this dealer gives with its customers. AA++ More
