This is my third Raptor purchased from Louis and Klaben. All I can say is the experience is wonderful. Louis is very calm, patient and understands your needs. I would not hesitate to send anyone to Louis to purchase a car, truck etc Jenn Bowen in Finance is also great. She is very easy to talk to. As Louis, she works around the clock to help you with financing. I take the word “trust”’very seriously. Jenn and Louis are people who I enjoy talking to and trust them. Richard Klaben, the owner is also a great guy. Very easy to talk to and will earn your business. Richard has put together an excellent staff and is extremely proud of his staff. Other dealers have imposed crazy Admins and promise stuff they can’t come through with. Not the case with Klaben, true to their word, no admins, just great people.
