Louis Polos was terrific! He quickly answered all of our questions about ordering, pricing, and delivery via email. The vehicle was ordered and when it arrived we made arrangements for delivery. We spent a short amount of time in the finance department then Louis went through all of the options and features of our new vehicle. He was very thorough. This is our third vehicle leased through Klaben dealerships. We live in the eastern suburbs of Pittsburgh and are happy to make the 100+ mile drive. Louis made the process extremely simple and easy. I can always count on the Klaben Sales and Finance team to be efficient and informative. A car transaction is much more than it may seem - I spend an ample amount of time in my vehicle and require a few " to be efficient and informative.
