I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. I bought a brake controller for my F 150, and had you install it. It took several times to get it to work but it all worked itself out. Well, I've been buying vehicles from Klaben since 2017 and have been impressed and very satisfied with my purchases and a great service and finance departments. Ty helped my wife and I out and have very grateful and working with Tim Sterling and the way they go out of their way to get your needs taken care of. Sean, Mike and the rest of the service department is top notch on repairs if needed are done ina timely manner. It's just a great atmosphere here. More
