Buying a new car can be a time consuming, unpleasant experience. Jaron got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. It was also quickly apparent that Jaron was a knowledgeable and experienced Toyota salesman. Time spent in the finance office with Dana was quick and painless. Dana suggested additional protection plans but never pressured us which was greatly appreciated. Overall rating is A+ Conclusion…….ask for Jaron when looking for a new Toyota.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea

Was looking to buy a new 4Runner TRD Off-Road but none of the dealers in the area had what we were looking for. Not wanting to put in a build order and potentially wait another 4-6 months, we did an extended radius search online and found the exact one we we wanted at Sheehy Toyota of Timonium – and for a great (almost too good to be true) price! I used the online form to request availability and got put in contact with Matt Ellis. Having never purchased a car out of state before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after a few emails and phone calls to iron out the details, Matt thoroughly explained the whole process and answered all of my questions – everything wound up being as smooth as could be. No surprises. No ‘gotchas’. No pressure. All the way through to the end including working with the Finance manager, Donna Hale – she was very informative, presented all of my options, didn’t try to pressure me on anything I declined, and was even able to beat the APR I was pre-approved for by a few fractions of a point. The whole experience was easily worth the time it took to travel there and back!

I purchased a used 2022 Toyota Corolla LE on November 14, 2025, from Min Shain. I worked with Min for several weeks. He was very patient, helpful, and informative throughout the process.  He kept in close touch with me primarily through texts and ensured that I was aware of any changes in the inventory of the types of vehicles that I was interested in. My previous purchase of a vehicle was at DarCars Frederick over 20 years ago and have always found the dealership responsive and competent. I have recommended Min and the dealership to friends and colleagues. I give Min five stars.

We purchased a vehicle from this dealership for our company. Unfortunately, the experience turned sour after the sale. They made a mistake by not including the sales tax on the original bill of sale. After we had already wired the payment based on the amount they provided, they told us we still owed additional money for the tax — their error, not ours. While the staff was polite and courteous when they needed something from us, that changed completely once they received the payment. Afterward, they became unresponsive and refused to provide a document that our office required, even though the issue stemmed from their own mistake. It’s disappointing to see how quickly professionalism disappeared once the sale was complete. We expected better communication and accountability from a dealership.
