Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

TLDR: A great no pressure place to buy a new Toyota. A fantastic stress free experience purchasing my 2024 Toyota Prius XLE and trading in my 2014 Ford Focus. My car sales associate was Dulane Barnes who acted professionally throughout the whole process. He did not give me any round about talk and always was straight to the point with no pressure and always provided me with additional options when one wasn't available. He was very respectful of my time going above and beyond to provide me transportation after trading in my Ford. I was given a fair trade in value for my Ford and was provided quotes from three different sources to explain the number given. Mr. Barnes was professional and personable throughout the whole process and it is appreciated. Sean was my finance associate for the process. He was also very professional, took the time to explain all options, provided me quickly with my temporary tags & registration, and did not pressure me to purchase any additional plans. I had Jazzmine as my customer service representative who acted as quality control. She was very professional and courteous when inquiring about the process I went through to ensure that I had a good experience and what could have been done to improve it. The only recommendation I have, it's not really feasible, would be a snack/small meal (not vending machine) for those who are present more than four hours within the store. Over all the experience was much better than I had been anticipating and I recommend Safford Brown for Sales. Very Respectfully, Shea

I was going to get a car here but needed more time to fully think on it since its my first car purchase- i began to get worried that the monthly payments may end up being too costly for us,among a few other things- so the sales manager let us put the car ON HOLD to think about it a bit until the following day, he told us it is FULLY refundable, and told us we are NOT obligated anything if we wish to not continue with the contract/purchase. They are taking forever with the refund. They told us a refund was issued at like, the start of this month, how long will it take? Until the end? Next month??? Not to mention it felt like constant pressuring there, especially when we returned the following day to let them know we won't, and cant, continue the purchase, kept asking why why why, kept showing other cars, had other people join in the conversation, yall dont know what NO is? Yall never had deals fall through? A part from the huge pressuring feeling of the second day (and Lil of first) I truly hope the refund is actually underway and its just taking a bit to process in their system and return to us. It was cash, and it is a lot. Maybe..stay away from here- Oh and like to mention there seems to be miscommunication here, this one person was a bit rude.
