I walked into Toyota Heritage disoriented, concerned and scared as my old Camry's engine blew up and I knew time has come to upgrade it. As a first time car buyer I wasn't sure what I am looking for other than the fact I am a Camry's girl... The moment I met sales consultant Evon Greene has changed my life for a better. He just asked what kind of car I like and told me to leave everything else for him to take care of. He made me feel at home as he was preparing paper work, always making sure I am ok and understand what is happening. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. It was such a relief to have him around when choosing vehicle. He made sure I receive the best deal available. Once I picked the car and he finished preparing all the documents he lead me to finance manager Stephanie Thornton who took care of me from there forward. She helped me to close the deal which was quite difficult but she did it. She was kind, supportive and very positive- even though the process was very long and monotonous. She did everything in her power so that I can leave the dealership with the car of my dreams.

I met my Sales Consultant, Aron Taggart at a local barbershop on a Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon, My wife, kids and I were in the dealership ready to "look" at a few options. Aron was patient, professional and full of personality. We looked at several options to figure out what fit our lifestyle and budget. We ended up with a Limited Rav 4. My wife would be the primary driver and she felt very comfortable with all the parties involved from Aron Taggart, John Schoppert to Mark Nicholson. More importantly we never even considered Toyota as an option because we had never owned one before. Now, because of the relationship we have built, we will return when we are looking for another vehicle. Thank you Aron for geting your haircut that morning. After horrible experiences at local dealers nearby, we randomly stopped in to see a car we saw online. What we saw was not in our price range, but, after talking to Ray Kramer the sales guy and George Evens the Sales Manager, we ended up leaving with a nice used Nissan Altima. While we LIKED the car, we weren't IN love with it. George ended up being the reason we bought. We knew a few mutual friends and one thing led to another. We ended up driving the car home for less than we had planned, and I fit rather well (huge deal) and the family fit. We had an issue WITH the car, but George took care of it and was a man of his word, going above and beyond. I would not HESITATE to send family to see him.

Last week I purchased a new Tacoma Limited edition and was very pleased with my experience. When I walked in I was greeted by Noel who showed me the truck and was very knowledgeable, which is kinda surprising, since trucks are probably not the bread and butter of this dealership. After a few questions, Noel handed me the keys for a "go have fun" test drive.
Neither Noel, or the finance guy Omar pressured me during the experience, and both were very reasonable in response to my needs. These guys get my full endorsement!

Wow! Jamie was our sales lady- What a great lady and a great experience. I never thought spending that much money could be so fun! She was very friendly, -- I have to say I have NEVER been hugged by a car salesperson before! I liked it :-) -- and she helped us with a ton of questions about pricing. She even called a competitor and asked them about their pricing while we listened in. Turns out the other dealer was not very straight forward with me when I asked them the questions- Shocking, yes I know..... Jamie got it straightened out and exposed their nefarious scheme.
Believe it or not, I was drawn to your dealership due in no small part to the great service I got in the service department. I purchased my 2006 Camry SE from this dealership in Sept 2005. I have taken my car here since day one. Back in 2015 my car was making noise and I took it there several times and they could not figure out the problem. Finally I took the car back and told them to keep it until they find the problem and they kept my car for 3 days then they came back with I needed a motor my options were to buy a new car or pay $7,000.00 for a new motor. So I went off in the dealership. I took my car to Rosner Toyota in Fredericksburg, VA and in less than 30 mins the technician found the problem and it cost me less than $200.00 to fix it. I have been going to Rosner Toyota ever since. "I WILL NEVER" deal with this dealership again.

I purchased my FJ Cruiser from Pohanka Toyota last month. It was a great experience!! Patrick Branon was wonderful. I told him what I wanted and needed in a vehicle. I wanted something I could go on the beach with, and a bit rugged for me and my dogs. He helped me pick out the perfect car, he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He was very easy and pleasant to work with. He knew all the features on the car and even set my Bluetooth. The manager Thurman gave me an Excellent deal. There was none of the usual back and forth business, he offered me a fare deal right out of the gate. The finance manager Rachel was very knowledgeable, fast and efficient. The process was less then 2 hours from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this dealerships!!

My wife bought her car here, this is not a typical carmax used car lot, but a new car toyota olly carmax dealership. Sales process was painless, we were pleased with the sales person, absolutely no pressure on us for immediate sales, or warranty addons, or anything. In and out in an hour once we decided to buy the car from them. Yes we could have saved maybe $400 somewhere else, but we also saved ourselves from destination fees, delivery fees., maintenance contracts, financing pressures, and all sorts of other car dealer tactics. The listed sticker price was really what you paid that's it. Looking to buy my car there soon too.
Deceptive Cross Selling instead of attending to recall issue - Abie20770
I brought my Toyota Corolla in response to a safety recall. I did NOT request any additional service. Nor did I report any problem with the vehicle. Mr Lee Tensley who attended on me came to after a wait of two hours to say that the headlights needed cleaning, (a second issue that I do not recall), and third in order, an oil leak. As I was to drive 500 miles to Canada the next day I was blackmailed into agreeing to have the reported oil leak fixed. I was charged $337.92 for this service. Although I requested the cashier at the time of payment, I was not given the estimates that Mr Tensley had brandished before me. I was given only the bill. Not even the inspection report. On closely looking at the bill today, I was astonished to find that it stated an untruth: " customer states the timing chain tensioner is leaking please check and advice." This is a total falsehood. I did not make any such request. I am not an automobile mechanic. It is inconceivable that I would have reported this problem. It is clear from the order of the three repairs Mr Tensley suggested, that it was just a way to hoodwink the customer into paying for unnecessary and unwanted repairs. This sort of cross-selling to customers who came solely in response to the safety recall is UNETHICAL. It is nothing short of blackmail. The statement on the bill attributing a request to me is a complete fabrication. This kind of cross-selling under deception is illegal and I demand a full refund.
