Steven Johnson was amazingly helpful. his customer service skills were beyond my exceptions. the moment i walked in he made sure i was well taken care of. he was patience, and worked with me to make sure i had every thing i wanted. most sales men would try to rush, and get you to agree to things that arent always the best, but he made sure everything i received was in my best interest. i really appreciated his service. i would recommend him any day. all my future car purchases will diffidently be with him

My husband and I recently purchased a new RAV4 from Koons. The entire experience was wonderful. Damien, the sales professional, went above and beyond even staying after hours twice to ensure all our questions were answered, even though he knew we weren't going to purchase that night. He explained all the different features and if there was something he wasn't sure of he immediately found someone who was able to assist us. He was prompt in returning calls and always greeted us professionally when we walked through the doors. Regina and Jeremy in the finance department also went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered. Regina took time to explain all of our finance options and made the entire finance experience easier to understand. Jeremy made sure our "trip" to the finance office was flawless, and was efficient in getting everything done so we were on our way in a timely manner. This car buying experience was one of a kind.

We went to another "mega dealer" in Bel Air and they basically told us we were shopping in the wrong place. Josh Dickerson contacted my husband and within 24 hours we were driving off of the Thompson lot with exactly what we wanted at the price we asked for. Josh is such an awesome guy. I felt comfortable with him immediately. He is someone that I would trust to sell my grandma a car because he is genuine! I don't do reviews, but this place deserves it!! I don't know where to start...I'm going to try to keep this sweet and short. I have the worst credit anyone can think of (well to me)...I have a bankruptcy that discharged a couple months go. Two cars on my bankruptcy and a high credit usage. I got shot down at one dealership, went to another...no go - shot down again. Third times a charm is a TRUE saying. Harald from Jim Cole Toyota called me and worked out the most amazing deal ever for me. He promised me that he will get me driving home in a car and he sure did. He doesn't play games, he got us IN AND OUT in no time!!! It was the fastest process ever!!! Harald is upfront and honest with you from point A to B. Larry our sales person was awesome to work with as well, him and my husband had a few laughs which was great. This was a very personable experience and I HIGHLY recommend Jim Coleman Toyota...ASK FOR HARALD and LARRY (I forgot his last name, sorry LARRY!!!) We will be coming back for our future cars!!!

I picked a Prius to lease but found out after I completed the deal and drove it home, that it only had an AM/FM radio along with Entune. I called Younger and talked to my sales agent. He talked to his manager and allowed me to return it for a better equipped Prius that I decided to buy. Justin made everything so smooth during this exchange and I have to thank Younger Motors for allowing this to happen. They have an excellent service waiting area and helpful sales and service personel to assist your needs.

Wow! Jamie was our sales lady- What a great lady and a great experience. I never thought spending that much money could be so fun! She was very friendly, -- I have to say I have NEVER been hugged by a car salesperson before! I liked it :-) -- and she helped us with a ton of questions about pricing. She even called a competitor and asked them about their pricing while we listened in. Turns out the other dealer was not very straight forward with me when I asked them the questions- Shocking, yes I know..... Jamie got it straightened out and exposed their nefarious scheme.
Believe it or not, I was drawn to your dealership due in no small part to the great service I got in the service department. I have a Toyota truck that had a recall for rust and the experience there was phenomenal- Have I mentioned "wow" yet?...so I decided to see about buying a car from you. In a word: WOW. Let me start by I hate buying cars, I don't like the process, how long it can take and hate being sold.
Jordan Jenkins did none of those, and still was able to "sell" me on a used car. He greeted me with a smile that was warm and welcoming. He dressed very sharp, and he stood out amongst the rest of the sales force. His used his charm and friendliness to calm me and make me feel more at ease.
I let know what I was looking for in a car and 2 were shown to me. He did his work to make sure I stayed within my budget that I had available, as well as making sure that it was a car that was reliable. I have a daughter and the last thing I need is a car that needs a lot of work done.
He went above and beyond what I have ever seen in a salesman in the car industry before. He joked with me, got to try to know who I am so to make sure the experience wasn't just a "sales for me. His customer service was impeccable.
He sagged on top of everything from the car being inspected, cleaned and detailed, test drive, fianance, to finalizing the sale.
On his day off he made sure after the sale I was still 1000% happy with the deal and the car.
I could give his service more than expecptional. Thank you Jordan for making the car buying experience far exceed my Initial feelings. And yes IM VER VERY SATISFIED

The general manager James was the perfect person for me to get this deal done. He definitely made this car buying experience the the best! Really good energy and has a playful approach which helped me relax. My sales person Keith was very nice and warm person who was down to earth and fun to talk to as well. He did a great job of keeping me calm. They were able to make miracles happen and I am so grateful. The first finance person I met with, Edgar, very nice and understanding. I did have a run in with the sales manager. He definitely needs a lesson in ask before you assume. And the finance person who closed my deal, nice, but a little cold. Not a very personable person. But overall great experience, I have recommended several friends to check them out. The car they got me in was exactly what I wanted. Thanks guys!

I saw my dream car(red 2012 TT FJ Cruiser) on their website in February of 2015 on a Friday and was there the next day to hopefully get it. The salesperson,Suzanne although very nice seemed like she was a newbie and struggled with answering some basic questions which I can't really blame her for inexperience. Overall I was treated quite nicely but they offered a laughable amount for my trade-in which we finally came to an agreed price and as all dealerships do they tried to tack on extras that I really didn't need and promptly refused. After doing research the price I paid was very fair considering it was a very limited edition with relatively low mileage for an FJ. I would recommend them but like all car dealerships keep your eyes wide open and your BS meter on high gear.

I bought a 2013 Avalon XLE (touring) with 12,000 miles and the owner took immaculate care of the vehicle. I got a decent price (not too much haggling) and worked with a very nice salesman, Jimmy Torres. There were a few things that were sort of unprofessional but they came from other salesmen and managers -- like, speaking loudly to a salesman to see if his potential buyer was still interested in the car I was buying. When I called about the car on Saturday which had become available on the previous Thursday, Jimmy told me that someone was test driving and may purchase it. He said he'd call me back. My son-in-law decided that we'd leave Bowie Toyota (Sam Wright is an Excellent salesperson) where I was looking at a 2013 Avalon Limited with 22,000 and check out Passport's car. The only problem I had with the Limited was the color, but once we got to Passport and I saw the XLE, I knew that was the car for me. Jimmy walked me through all the features and was just genuinely nice. Car salesmen are salesmen and I know that there's always some con to the game, but I would return to Passport for the right deal and to work with Jimmy.
The finance manager, Ikia, was great too. It was a pretty flawless process for me.

I had an appointment on 1016/2015 at 3:00 PM at Laurel Toyota for my brand new Toyota RAV IV and I arrived at around 3:22 PM as I was stuck in traffic on route I. I parked my truck and went to the counter and I was told that my vehicle can't be serviced as the staff has waited for 15 minutes and now they are gone. The customer services representative was very rude and has no respect for the customers and mentioned that she can't take my vehicle in. I requested her to ask the Customer Services manager but keep on insisting and she denied my service and I have to come back home without my vehicle being serviced. I won't recommend this dealership to any one. her name I guess was Critism wearing glasses.

I came to the service center on July 17, 2015 and told the advisor Mr. Larry Wynn that I need a wheel alignment because when you hit the break at 50 to 60 MPH the wheel shakes. They perform the service but the next day I tested the car on the highway and still shakes. It feels that they didn't do anything at all. I came back on July 20 to complain but Mr. Wynn told me that wheel alignment will not correct the problem. I was surprised with his comments. After they investigate my complaints they offered me to change my brakes and rotors for $500.00 and will refund the wheel alignment fee to correct the shaking of wheels. I said no and they just refunded my wheel alignment fee. After 2 days, I check my break and found out they ruin the 2 front wheel bolts. I came back to the service center and complain directly to the service manager Mr. Michael Whelan and the first he said to me is the bolt is rusted and his employee will not do it. He went to his employee to verify and came back. I told him that I need the 2 bolts with nuts and will just do it myself.
I will not allow any of his employees to touch my Toyota Sienna ever.
I am done with toyota car and their service center. What a nasty experience with Certified Toyota Service Center.
