My husband and I purchased a new car from Browns in the past, so we figured that it was the perfect place to look for a used vehicle for your teenage daughter. And what a great decision that was! Not only did Brown's Toyota have a great selection, but at a steal of a price too! My husband and daughter test drove the car and loved it, but they had to return with me to do the financing later that evening. This dealership was so awesome to let us put a deposit to hold the vehicle (they don't normally do this, it's not their policy). Our salesman and the sales manager were the best we've ever dealt with and as you know....buying a car is not always a good experience. They threw in extras when they didn't have to, as the price of the car was already a steal. It made a huge impression on our daughter. We would definitely recommend buying a car from here to everyone we know!

I worked with Austin at first and then Chris. Chris Collins really went above and beyond to get us the price we needed and details we wanted in the car. He's very personable and it doesn't feel like you're dealing with a salesman. He event encouraged us to take a day to consider the vehicle we really wanted (one of which wasn't a Toyota) because he wanted to know we'd be happy with our purchase. When they didn't have the color we wanted, Austin went to another dealership to bring it to us within the day and Chris went above and beyond to make sure we got the roof racks we wanted when we saw it didn't have them.
I'd really recommend working with Chris. If/when we need another car, I'll definitely return to Fitzgerald. They really seem to put the customer at the same level as their sales.

My suburban had given out on me so my husband was on the hunt for a new car for me. We had check out several cars on our local car dealer's lot that we normally shop for cars at, but the prices did not meet my demand. After spotting the beautiful Red Traverse on car dealers.com with a great price and great mileage, we decided to take an hour ride to Edgewood, Maryland. Thank God we did because we experienced great service from the start with Wayne Wesch, he noticed us admiring the car and from there everything went up hill. I can't tell you how grateful we are to have been able to walk away with a great car, great price, great experience, and great friendly-caring people. We bought a used Ford F-150 from saleman Stefan Caicea and our experience was great. Stefan was not pushy and I loved that about him. He was also very friendly and helpful . He was welling to get us the best deal. Stefan has called us several times since we have bought the truck to make sure everything is good and called my husband to wish him a happy birthday. We have never had anyone from another dealership to that. I would recommend Stefan and the Toyota group to anyone. When it comes time to buy another vehicle my husband and I will definitely will go back to Toyota and deal with Stefan.

We found a used car online at Koons Toyota in Easton that was just what we were looking for. We live about three hours away. We called and spoke with Sara. She answered all of our questions, she was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We agreed on a day and time to meet with Sara. As we made plans she responded quickly to our texts and our further questions. Upon arrival she took us on a test drive and explained in detail how to operate the car, as it was quite different than any other car we had driven previously. She was honest and the whole dealership gave the impression of being a place of integrity and honesty and excellence. The highly trained and very experienced technicians had checked every part of the car and had performed all maintenance and repairs that were needed. The dealership had put more than $1000 worth of parts and labor into the car and still sold the car at a very reasonable price. Heather helped us with the financial transactions and she explained everything very clearly. No one was pushy. I did not feel pressured at any time. We were so impressed with the people and the company. We highly recommend this dealership. Working with them was a pleasure and definitely worth the trip. Thank you Sara! We love our "new" car!!

Be cautious when shopping and buying at Jones Junction. Get every quote and deal offer in writing. Have it itemized. If they offer more for a trade in then look for numbers to go up elsewhere. If you are offered five years free maintenance it's not free. The cost is being added in elsewhere. Be especially cautious when sitting at the finance table. Take the time to read every paper being shoved in front of you. Watch for added on costs

How do you allow a second time potential buyer walk out your dealership? Simply, just act as though you do not want to sell the customer a car by not communicating with them or asking the question, how may i help you, after walking around the dealer unhelped for 10 minutes, with 1 other customer in the entire place.That's what Bill Kids Toyota did. I guess they assumed I didn't have any money or wasn't considered a prospective customer.
I had a cashiers check ready to make a purchase without financing. Bill Kids Toyota didn't respond to my email for one week, until I repprted them to the Better Business Bureau.
I do not recommend spending your money with them.
Best place for customer to buy a new Toyota - Highlander
I was engaged in negotiations with 6 Toyota dealers in Greater DC area at the end of May. The only Passport Toyota did not drag me into endless process and negotiations. Negotiations at Passport were frank and short. Passport Toyota saved so much time! The staff was very polite and professional. The whole process of buying a car was easy due to the customer-first approach. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to see a cool atmosphere in the dealership. What a team! They surely, have great time working together, and that "spills over" to all those around them. Special thanks and compliments to Mike Hawkes and Jimmy Torres. Great job!

This has to be by far one of the worst dealerships I've ever dealt with and I'm so thankful that I didn't purchase from them. Here's my story...I started talking with my sales guy over the phone about a vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. We ended up discussed pricing over the phone since I really didn't want to drive 3 hours for nothing. The good news was we agreed on a price of the vehicle quickly but the bad news was we didn't agree on the trade in value. I informed him that CarMax had offered me 1k more than they did ( appraisal in hand) which his boss who agreed to match. At this point I'm back to being very interested in purchasing this vehicle. As I'm getting ready to start my journey, I call my sales guy to let him know that I'm on the way. No answer and no call back...I called him again when I'm an hour out and nothing. Traffic ended up being a mess so unfortunately I had to turn around as I wouldn't make it before the dealership closed.
Next morning I call him a few times to confirm pricing and no answer, no call back.
Finally demanding that I speak with my sales guy before the long drive, he picks up the phone and informs me that the vehicle price went up $800 since my vehicle trade in value went up $1000. I said that's not at all what you told me over the phone yesterday and we had an agreement. He came back with " sorry someone is here to buy the truck as we speak but If the deal falls through, I can let you know". Needless to say, this dealership is crooked and I highly recommend you purchase from a reliable place, not these SCAM ARTIST
Deceptive Cross Selling instead of attending to recall issue - Abie20770
I brought my Toyota Corolla in response to a safety recall. I did NOT request any additional service. Nor did I report any problem with the vehicle. Mr Lee Tensley who attended on me came to after a wait of two hours to say that the headlights needed cleaning, (a second issue that I do not recall), and third in order, an oil leak. As I was to drive 500 miles to Canada the next day I was blackmailed into agreeing to have the reported oil leak fixed. I was charged $337.92 for this service. Although I requested the cashier at the time of payment, I was not given the estimates that Mr Tensley had brandished before me. I was given only the bill. Not even the inspection report. On closely looking at the bill today, I was astonished to find that it stated an untruth: " customer states the timing chain tensioner is leaking please check and advice." This is a total falsehood. I did not make any such request. I am not an automobile mechanic. It is inconceivable that I would have reported this problem. It is clear from the order of the three repairs Mr Tensley suggested, that it was just a way to hoodwink the customer into paying for unnecessary and unwanted repairs. This sort of cross-selling to customers who came solely in response to the safety recall is UNETHICAL. It is nothing short of blackmail. The statement on the bill attributing a request to me is a complete fabrication. This kind of cross-selling under deception is illegal and I demand a full refund.

Pull up to the service dept door, set there for about 10 min 4 men in there never made eye contact or ask us to move forward, as we set there cars pull ahead and went in the building. Not sure what to do we moved up and ask what to do at that point some tall unprofessional man said move ahead and walk away. We have brought 2 new car here in the last 2 years, something like this will make me go elsewhere a great service dept keep people coming back.
