She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to thoroughly explain any necessary vehicle repairs ensuring you understand everything clearly.

I had a great experience with the team at Herb Chambers Hyundai in Auburn. This team went out of their way to welcome me in and take time to fully explain the options, features, and pricing that I would be facing. My salesman, Nick G, is fantastic. I never felt pressured into making a decision, it was all very conversational, working at my own pace. Nick brought in members of the finance team to help me get my numbers where I needed to get them. I love the car I ended up buying and a big part of my decision was the excellent service that I received at Herb Chambers. I’m looking forward to returning for years to come as I service the new vehicle over time. I’ll probably be back within 6-12 months to shop for a car for the wife as well. I visited three other dealerships in my quest for my perfect vehicle. Herb Chambers was, in my opinion, the best by far - best sales team, well-appointed facilities, a friendly and knowledgeable team that works well together - they really had it all. Thanks to the whole team!

It appears there are a number of new service folks. Big smiles, quickly checking me in for service. I asked to speak to a service technician concerning a noise I wanted to discuss. Within minutes Nikolas found me in waiting area, again big smile and greeting. He answered my questions with polite and professional regard, and advised me of a number of options going forward....He even convinced me to have a courtesy car wash, that was outstanding.

My wife and I had a great experiencing shopping for a used car at Nucar Nissan of Norwood. Max was an excellent salesperson! We saw the car online, contacted the dealer, Nucar responded quickly, and we went that same evening to test drive the vehicle. We decided this car was good for us. We talked about what we wanted and didn't want and the dealership was very respectful about our wishes. We bought the car in a couple of hours and at no time was there any pressure put on us to purchase the vehicle. Tax, title, registration, inspection, and detailing of the car was all done by Nucar Nissan of Norwood and we picked the car up a couple of days after our initial visit. The price was as advertised and very fair. We would highly recommend that you check out Nucar Nissan of Norwood when you are shopping for a vehicle.
