I had no issues per say. - Steff7354
I had no issues per say. I did overhear an older couple complaining about lack of professional dress by the sales staff and the waiting area not being equipped for shorter persons. They had to sit at the round table in the waiting area, since the comfortable chairs couldn't be used ( her feet couldn't touch the floor, because she had to shimmy back to have back support on the chairs and she felt stupid not being able to then keep her feet on the floor).
Just a suggestion...to gain repeat/loyal customers. At other dealerships my sales person most always stopped into service waiting area when I was there, if able. They knew I was coming in because service department would tell them, until they learned to see/recognize me for themselves. Made me feel special and that I wasn't just a commission to them. Bought three cars from that sales person over the years. They learned about my family and I learned about theirs, during those years. They made sure maintenance team knew about me too and they made notes in my account to reflect little personal things they learned about me, so others could as well, until we too became friends. Made for a very personal experience. Granted, I have only had my car 1 year but I can say I have no loyalty towards your dealership at this time. The gentleman at the service desk didn't even get my last name right. No biggie, I figured out he meant me, after second time saying my last name. It's those little things.... it's all business and no banter. If more personable, then they would have listened to me give my last name in check-in and rememberd it or made a note on the correct way to say my name. Last place, we were on first name bases. Funny how that changed AFTER the sale was made here!!
