Customer service is excellent. Prices are reasonable and the people are nice. Sometimes it is hard to get someone to answer the phone which is my only criticism. Appointments are easy to get and they complete the job quickly and correctly.

I was pleased (so far) with the service itself (oil change and tire rotation), but I bought the car there recently and my 2nd keyless entry fob has never worked. I brought it with me and asked him about it and he said it was possibly the battery and he could 'sell' me a new battery for $7.99. It's not the price, it's the fact that considering I purchased the car there and was given a fob that did not work, I didn't feel I should have to pay for a new battery. (I declined and had the correct battery at home, and it does work now.)

I originally went to the dealership to change out my summer tires to the winter ones. I was curious as to how much my vehicle was worth since it was a 2018 and I knew the warranties were about to expire. I asked service to get a quote for me and was referred to Jaylon and Ashley. They showed me several cars but none of them had the interior color I wanted. I liked them both right away. I didn’t find out until later that it was Ashley’s first day. You would have never known it since she was very professional. They offered me several options and I went back the next day and to my surprise they had exactly what I wanted. I never felt pressured and the whole experience was great! Ashley was also very kind and took me through the car wash and offered any assistance I needed. I feel she will be a great asset to the dealership in many ways. I also want to thank Scott, Zach, and of course Michael for his help!

He is an absolute pleasure to do business with and recommend him and the team at Evans for all services and sales needs. John represents Evans in the most positive and professional way. Thanks John. Also want to thank Jerry White for installing the suspension lift on the truck. He did a phenomenal job and kept me updated on everything during the process and gave needed recommendations necessary for the installation. I brought my 2011 Cruze in for brake noise, not only did they help me and get my brakes replace they also were able to make me aware of the other issues I had to help me keep my car running and safe for my children and I. Plus they were able to complete the work that day!! Awesome service will return.

While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.
