I had an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional experience at this service department. After paying for my vehicle in full, the service advisor attempted to force me to sign paperwork. When I refused, they threatened to hold my car hostage—explicitly telling me I would not get my keys back despite having already paid.
Instead of trying to understand my perspective or handle the situation professionally, an older gentleman stepped in and doubled down on the intimidation, trying to force me to sign and repeating that I wouldn't get my car.
The only reason I am giving this experience any stars at all is because of a gentleman who finally walked over, assessed the situation, and rightly told the staff to "give the man his car."
Paying customers should never be bullied, pressured, or threatened with the withholding of their property over a paperwork dispute. This department desperately needs a lesson in conflict resolution and basic customer service. I will not be returning.
