I bought an SUV from DriveTime Huntsville Al on 11/14/25 on 11/16/25 we found the wheel bearing was going out. Contacted the DriveTime store Manager on 11/17/25. She sent me to the warranty service. This was a weeks long of hair pulling issues and misinformation from service provider. MS Tory called me 11/20/25 to follow up. At the time we had gotten nothing from warranty or service provider. On Saturday 11/22/25 I went to DriveTimes Huntsville Location sat down with the Mgr Tory I was frustrated and ready to just park this vehicle that I Truly Loved. I thought of even trying to make the attempt to repair it myself. But Ms. Tory professionally and with a true concern explained this is not normal and reassured me we could get it repaired. She made arrangements with Firestone to check the vehicle out. Tabatha at Firestone was amazing as well. She calmed me down she did her job with the knowledge and kindness that was very much an attitude change for me. She got the inspection done got the warranty claim submitted and the vehicle repaired in 4.5 hours versus the week long other situation. Thank you so very Much store Manager Tory at DriveTime and Tabatha Moore @ Firestone you both did what you said you were going to do. This kept me from getting angry or worse trying to repair this myself. This 2019 Ford Explorer Limited is now drivable and I truly love this vehicle. Thank you so very much.

I called Team One and we drove to Albertville Alabama and met with Ron, the Sales Manager and he sold us our new 2025 Nissan Murano SL. What a great experience. Sean, Emmanuel & Mike Craig were my sales professionals and direct contacts throughout the process, I was treated with respect, I was heard (which is, still in 2026, not always the case for a woman shopping alone for a vehicle). The morning after my purchase there was a recall for the inflation kit in my car. They not only were very expedient in notifying me to make arrangements for the repair, they also made it most convenient for me. I live a considerable distance from the dealership and it was proving difficult for me to have the time to come in for the repair. Mike and Sami (from the service department), picked my car up from my house, took it to the dealership, made the repairs and returned it to my home. I was in the hospital while this took place so I actually never even knew it was gone, except for Mike's conversations with me about the entire process. Sami made himself very available for any questions or issues I might have during or after the repairs by sending me his personal cell number. Overall ratings for Shottenkirk Honda, a definite 10+.
