The sales person we worked with was amazing, hands down. The service department is either incompetent or doesn't do their job. I realize when buying a used vehicle you are gambling, but after $5,000 in repairs in three months, I am blaming the service department. The Explorer needed: a new battery, two new tires, a coolant flush, air bag light on, fluid leaks, drive belt cracked, water pump leaking, and new brakes. We have driven the car about 900 miles. This tells me they barely looked the car over, or did, and decided not to do anything and sell it knowing the car needed several repairs. Not impressed. Would never recommend or come back after this.
