ONE OF MY BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCES EVER! I was hesitant to book a cross country flight to see this vehicle in person. Parker Wolpe was more than helpful in disclosing the vehicle's condition including all it's known flaws. After many phone calls, texts, and emails I finally did see it, but even after the test drive I was still hesitant. After returning home two weeks later I reconsidered, and decided to buy it. Parker was extremely helpful guiding me through all the paperwork, bank transfer, and arranged the shipping. The car arrived quickly, and exactly as I remembered it weeks earlier. There were even extra bonus items in the trunk I wasn't expecting. All in all I couldn't be happier with the transaction. Thanks again to everyone at Streetside Classics Phoenix.

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! Initially I believed the price of their car was overpriced and my trade was about $5k less than it was worth. I ended up selling my car and purchased their vehicle. My purchase was a super clean ( like new) vehicle with almost no miles on it. I still thought it was overpriced, but have been looking for quite some time and this one stood out above the competition. Having said all that, CarMax philosophy of no haggle was in some ways very refreshing. We didn’t feel any pressure at all to purchase. Our sales person Jaden, was super knowledgeable and extremely professional and polite. He did everything possible to make the buying process enjoyable and was super helpful working with us before and after the sale. The sales person we worked with was amazing, hands down. The service department is either incompetent or doesn't do their job. I realize when buying a used vehicle you are gambling, but after $5,000 in repairs in three months, I am blaming the service department. The Explorer needed: a new battery, two new tires, a coolant flush, air bag light on, fluid leaks, drive belt cracked, water pump leaking, and new brakes. We have driven the car about 900 miles. This tells me they barely looked the car over, or did, and decided not to do anything and sell it knowing the car needed several repairs. Not impressed. Would never recommend or come back after this.

My wife and I had an amazing experience as first time Porsche buyers. Dylan Young was always pleasant to work with, patient, knowledgeable and above all transparent. He took the time to educate us so that we were more than comfortable with our purchase. I’d like to also point out that the experience was just as good, if not better after the car rolled off the lot. The service department (Jordan!) is top notch and Dylan kept in touch (even after we moved out of state). Would love to come back when it’s time to get another one!

New Purchase review and my experince with Sales and Fiannce departments. Now to start I am located in NJ while my son is in AZ attending ASU, so this was not a typical walk in showroom experience. I found the car and then told my son to go to dealership and engage with sales team. Once he had a sales associate (Julio) he proceeded then to speaker phone me into conversation with Julio. I immediately informed Julio that I was not here to haggle back and forth and spend the day with dealership as my son needed to be at work in afternoon and drive can take an hour at that time of the day. Julio took my son for quick test drive of the new Elantra. Upon returning they called me back and I asked Julio what the price was and details of the prciing. He explaned each item thoroughly from the add on perspective. When I declined spcific add'l add ons he politely moved on and no addt'l pressure to try and get me to buy. I told him the number I needed and he was able to achieve that , therfore 1 round of negotiating. We then began paperwork which there was a small IT issue. Blake (finance) was able to take my deposit from NJ via my bank debit card to avoid wire fees or credit card fees. All in all I think my son was in and out in 2.5 hours total. From this experience I would say it went very well and they handled the remote processing well. I would recommend!

They cannot verify my vehicle and had to contact NHTSA along with NNA consumer affairs. Currently getting ownership verified than requesting factory inspection paperwork… will update review soon!

Finance manager and finance director VIOLATED UDAAP - steezbr

Finance manager and finance director VIOLATED UDAAP (Unfair, Deceptive, or Abusive Acts or Practices), which includes an additional element of "abusive" practices. They said VTR (car theft) is mandatory and obligated on all cars and would not remove from contract. We believed them and signed. After reviewing singed paper for the VTR we noticed they added VRG an additional theft protection! Both VTR & VRGs contract paper stated in bold lettering: "its NOT a requirement for the purchase or financing of a covered vehicle". At minimum the finance director agreed to the violation of UDAAP by confirming that his finance manager added extra charges to original agreement and refunded part of it. We feel scammed and defrauded! Not okay!
