We bought a used Suburan from Ed Dena's in Dinuba from Bee who was the BEST, salesperson who was knowledgable, very helpful and very pleasant from our test drive to buying the car. The financial part went very well also. We had to bring the car back to the service department and WOW they were great.Ken Price the service manager and Shane is who we deal with, they would call us and kept us informed about the car, I have to say out of any service department we gone to we have never been treated so good.

I made an inquiry on a 2002 BMW X5. 4.6 on 3/15/16 they responded sent pictures and told me the price $7795.00 , I made an offer of $6500.00 because it didn't have the correct rims and tires. They made a counter offer of $6800.00 +$400 .00 to ship it to me in Arizona . I accepted that offer at 10:00 am on 3/16/16 and just waiting for the total and final details

All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions.
This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service.
I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive.

My salesman, Aaron Buchholz went above and beyond to locate the vehicle of my dreams because they did not have it in stock. The negotiation went smooth and I received an excellent deal! Aaron is definitely an asset to the company. During my visit, I also met with Ken. He is also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! Went in to turn in our leased vehicle. Had researched pricing to replace the vehicle or upgrade. Upgrade was not an option given current leasing options. They asked me for a price I would move forward with current year same model. Gave them an aggressive number, which they quickly came back with. Unfortunately, daughter did not want the same vehicle, so elected not to move forward. The process to reach price was quick and easy. Compliments to Ford Schwartz and sales manager - Dave.
