4 Lounge area could be better and choice of coffee beverage is much broader at other dealerships, some even provide snacks. If they were available it was not shared with me. Also, two hours seems like a long time for oil service. Also, my 'checklist' I was provided electronically was not filled out.

I was pleased with the no pressure 2 salesmen. The 1st was a new car salesman who listened to my budget and located a used vehicle meeting all my needs with low mileage. He then introduced me to the used car salesman, Jr, Jr was very professional, efficient and had a very kind and polite demeanor. He spent a lot of time showing me the vehicle operations and paired my phone and installed appropriate apps. He then walked me thru each app thru logins and passwords. At 71 years old and not an IT geru, this task would have been overwhelming. The finance manager, Art Llano, processed and completely explained the cash sale very efficiently. He was also very kind. In comparison to my past vehicle purchases, this was the most pleasant experience leaving me with complete understanding of the vehicle and the purchase process.

Easiest deal I ever had. I had looked for this truck at many regional dealers but they all had 3,000 I. Magic dealer charges. These guys said that they have dealer options but all are optional. I walked in at 12, waited a few minutes for Matt. I was home with my new truck filled and washed by 2:15, and I live 20 minutes away. Best price. Better service. No pressure. No bait and switch.

Update - The professional team from Motor City Car Dealership in Bakersfield have no restraints in seeing to their customers needs EVEN AFTER a car is sold. My mother ran into some issues today with a new car that was not linked to the car at all, but only to her inexperienced button pushing causing the car to be reset in the wrong modes and she was left stuck and quite upset. Upon calling them for advice on what to do they immediately asked her location and went to her. There was no hesitation whatsoever and the original salesman, Jorge Villegas, along with the technical advisor, Fernando Soto, were there within only a few minutes resulting in calming her down almost immediately. They had her up and running correctly in no time at all. I have to say again that this company is absolutely AMAZING! There are no words strong enough to credit them with the praise that they are deserving of. Thank you Motor City of Bakersfield! You Rock! 👍
