Top of truck was scraped as dealer employee drove under canopy. Tiny damage on fender was spray painted to cover it up. Paint colors didn’t match. I was not made aware of these things when I picked up the truck. I had to bring it to their attention. Other than that, everything else was good.

We had a breakdown of our Buick on a Saturday near this dealership and limped into their service department. Immediately were greeted and taken care of with a rental car and a promise of a diagnosis on the following Monday.
On Monday, we returned, again fabulous service, but since our Buick was older, asked if we could see the new line of Buick cars.
We looked at the Encore, and it fit our needs perfectly. Lea provided us with all of the information, let me drive the car and we decided it was what we wanted.
We drove out of the dealership later that afternoon with our new Encore, wearing our happy faces.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a Buick. All of the three sizes are great cars, but the little Encore is perfect for the two of us.

My Yukon XL started having some major issues late Monday night. First thing Tuesday, I had it towed into Boulevard and the service department was amazing. They called me with frequesnt updates, helped me find a rental vechicle and provided speedy service. Even with having to order a part, my car was ready the next day. Love Boulevard! I bought a used truck here and the salesman Dave Maine helped me through the process. It was nothing more than awesome. He was knowledgeable with the vehicles they had and up front and honest. Great buying experience. About a month or so later I received a free lube and oil change from them so I made an appointment for the following week. I was running late for it so I called and talked to Colleen Anderson in the service department, she told me "no worries" I'll see ya when you get here. I brought it in and introduced my self. She told me well lets go check it out and get you going. Very professional, took all the information that was needed and brought me over to the waiting area and offered me coffee. All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions.
This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service.
I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive.

This dealer has absolutely the best reputation for service in Northern California in the Corvette community. If you track it, daily drive it, or take it out on nice days/weekends only, this is the place to take it for service.
I've been there twice with my 17 C7 Z51 and both times the work was done quickly without any issues. Well worth the drive.

Had the best experience at Putnam thanks to John Pier. He was not only courteous but very knowledgeable. From the few details I gave him of what I was looking for he found me the best auto to fit my growing family. I bought a car a year ago at a different dealership (which I traded in during this purchase) and it was the worst auto buying experience I've ever had. I was hesitant to go through a dealership again but John made the transaction painless, got me a great deal and was also great with my kids, who I brought along with me.

Purchased a used Toyota.
Service was very slow.
When we got to finance, the payment was higher than we were given on the sales floor.
They were visibly irritated when we did not purchase their aftermarket warranties.
One item due on the vehicle was a remote key.
Took 6 weeks to finally get the to replace the key.
They claimed they were waiting for the part. I called a Toyota dealership and they said they could have the part overnight.
We paid for registration when we purchased the car. Tracy Chevrolet never paid the fees to the DMV. We were cited and had to pay the DMV the registration and the late fees totaling over $700.
Took over a month and the threat of litigation to get Tracy Chevrolet to reimburse us for the DMV fees we paid.
Bottom line is they are always angling to cheat the customer to increase their profits.

Sales and manager were real no strings and we made a quick good deal. Just beinformed before you go and do your research. Chevrolet top store for a Silverado is Here and I'm still happy 7 months later with them. My truck I got with them is a 2017 Silverado Crew 2wd v6 flexfuel with convenient package. No extras. The only thing I got after was a heavy duty tow package 3 months later at a good price too. Took a long time to install but was worth the wait. That is what it was like for me.😎

I live out of town and saw a vehicle posted by this dealership on a website. On the website, the price was posted as one amount and so I called over two weeks trying to get something set up, so that I could come into town and purchase the vehicle. I spoke with two different people at this place trying to get the purchase done. They would not budge on the price, even through I am coming from a distance. They would do nothing to help get this vehicle to me, even though I ended up telling them I would pay the full purchase price. I kept trying to speak to someone in person and they would not answer the phone, but would text me the prices. About a week passed of trying to get something worked out, and after I told them I would pay the full price, they then texted me a "new price" for the car, which was higher than what was initially advertised. Run far away from this place. Unhelpful, uncooperative and they just don't care!

Never cared to know what type of truck I had I don’t even have sticker or reminder for when the next service is due. She also wrote up a Sierra I don’t own a Sierra I own a Denali...I’m very disappointed I really don’t like to complain, but I did witness the Caucasian’s who entered the door after me were helped before me. I witnessed it first hand I was tempted to contact the news, because I was told this is not the first time at this location this has transpired. but if you look on Google response my experience is very clear. I will never return there again and I will definitely tell others of how I was outright ignored by a representative. Horrible Experience - VeryDissatisfiedCustomer
I spoke to Angelo multiple times letting him know we were driving 2 1/2 hours to see a specific car and expressed my concern about driving that far to see the car. I asked multiple times about the condition of the car, scratches or any damage at all. He said no scratches or damage. We scheduled an appointment and drove the 2 1/2 hours. When we arrived Angelo was nowhere to be found and no one knew where he was. When he finally showed up he indicated he was putting gas in the vehicle. He obviously had more than enough time to do that before the time of our appointment. For some reason we were then passed off to another salesman because Angelo was with a customer. If he just returned from getting gas how could he be with another customer? Besides the fact we had an appointment with him. We proceeded to look at the car and it took about a minute to see the car had been backed into something, the fender was out of alignment as was the back lift gate, not to mention the scratches and other obvious damage. I truly cannot believe Angelo was so inconsiderate as to allow anyone to drive that far for a car with such obvious damage. If you want to be treated with any consideration do not go to this car lot. Very unprofessional!
