This was the first tine I went in to the service department for a Chevy Tahoe that I just bought from Jessup. Cory told me that it could take a few hours to replace a part that broke. I agrreed to wait knowing the time frame. I was in the waiting room for not more that 20 minutes. I think they knew that I was cold and did not bring a coat. EVERYONE in the office was so polite and kind. I am really impressed!

An honest mistake happened with my warranty when I purchased a vehicle from here. When the staff learned of it they immediately reached out to me to not only correct it to what it should have been, but in fact to increase the term of the warranty by another year. I signed the contract, they could have left it at that. That’s not their style. They made it right. Trust these guys.

In the new Covid era car buying has obviously changed. However my representative Josh was a true professional. Always responsive knowledgeable and with a friendly disposition. We communicated quite often over nearly 3 months of interactions as the 2021 Escalade was coming from the factory. They really try to do a great job the only problem is that GM does not have a lot of inventory to buy the exact color that I want and the dealership was not able to get me the exact car I am looking for for my daughter. Other than that all the other experiences I have had have been great!
