I originally scheduled a 30k mile service. Upon my arrival, the service advisor stated they're going to change the oil and rotate the tires only. I agree and waited over an hour to complete.
When it was time to settle the bill there was no explanation of what was done not was any vehicle recommendations mentioned.
The staff just ask me to sign and pay! I began to review the invoice for myself and then the service advisor began to talk about the state of my vehicle.
Overall POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

On July 2nd I leased a loaner car from David from Cadillac sales a few weeks after the lease was in affect I received a registration that was not a year from the date of of purchase I was told I never paid that fee in the deal. I also received a letter from GM saying I owed $ 1100.00 for turn in fees that were not included in the deal. This was a bad deal and a little shady. This is the second car I purchased from Jessup but this will be my last. Be careful and don't use David .

I came into the Three way service center for an oil change and to have a spare key fob programmed I had purchased from a third party. The service Rep said the programming was not a problem and I left my car with them. When I came back to pick up my car they said they couldn’t program the key because it was locked to another car. They also said my car wouldn’t start anymore and the only way I could drive it home was until I purchased a spare from them at their rate. I feel the dealer/ experts should have told me before disabling my car they couldn’t program the key. I was forced to pay the extra money for a new key to drive my car home. I feel got extorted out my money from this dealer. At the end they didn’t even give me a courtesy exterior car wash which they have always done with my oil changes. I pay premium to have my car serviced at the dealer and I expect premium customer service. I didn’t feel I was treated right and I have been a loyal three way customer for a long time.

Excellent customer service we bought the Buick Enclave in 2018 and upgraded to the 2020 Avenir, we contacted Seamus because he was amazing but he had surgery but stated he would have another sale Rep contact us. We received a call from Rick Ricker and the experience was amazing as was with Seamus. We test drove the Avenir and were extremely pleased. We were happy that Fred Farler(finance manager) was still there also, amazing!!! The transaction from start to finish was impeccable.

After making an appointment for a broken sunroof and verifying I would need a large rental car to replace the large car I was turning in, I was offered a small sized sedan that would not fit my children’s car seats. I was left waiting over an hour, shuttled to and from the rental car lot with no explanation and given my own car back and told to reschedule my appointment because they didn’t have any larger rentals available. I made my appointment weeks ago with the specifications that I have to be able to put three car seats/boosters in the rental. I am disappointed in the time wasted but more in the lack of respect and communication. I will head back next week for the second attempt to try to resolve my broken sunroof and hope to find the customer service improved from my first visit. As a mother it is not easy to find child care and remove car seats in preparation for a car servicing only to return home with my own car unserviced and to be told to come back again. Overall my experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

2017 Cadillac XT5 bought in LA and moved to Fresno. Have had maintenance and warranty work done with satisfaction in the past. Today was informed they no longer do any warranty work on car purchased elsewhere. Told to go to Hedricks who do not work on Cadillacs. I live in Oakhurst so Selma, other referral, is nearest. Having maintenance and warranty work in LA is not an option. Time to sell the car. Should never have bought GM product.

This experience was off to a good start. I leased a brand new 2019 Cadillac XT4 on 11/10/18. I was stoked! On 11/12/18 I took the car out for the first drive since bringing it home. It shifted me out of drive and onto Neutral while i was driving, and it would not allow me to go back into Drive. Long story short, took the car in to service on 11/13/18 with less than 30 miles on it. They stated it was a transmission issue, Fast forward to 1/14/19, 61 days, and the Car is STILL in the shop! Yep! I had it for a whole 2 days, while the service department has had it two xxxxing months. Im so angry.
At first it was just a delay in parts.... now the parts have been in for two weeks and it's still not ready? This is ridiculous. Guess who still had to make payments? Yup! Me. Sure they reimbursed the first month, but im all on my own for the second payment, which I already made. How xxxxty is that? They can't even cover the payments while its in their shop for a SERIOUS DEFECT. It's not like the windshield wiper flew off. A freaking Transmission issue on a brand new 2019 vehicle with less than 50 miles on it.
I regret, going through with this deal, but really, what's disappointing is the customer service. Cars have issues sure, weird that it would be a transmission on a brand new vehicle, but hey, it happens.
The experience has been below subpar, they're all over the place with different information and move slower than a freaking slug. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. I would for sure try a different dealership, they seem mega nice when they're trying to get you in contract, but after the fact you're on your own.
