One star is too high of a rating to provide. Michael Stead Cadillac's customer service was incredibly awful. Service department is incompetent and never returns phone calls in a timely manner. Service reps say they'll call you back, but you will have to call three, four, five or more times to get an answer. They intentionally dodge your phone calls and are extremely evasive when it comes to providing a straight answer. Service manager Martin was rude, inconsiderate and inflexible to customer needs. He was not willing to put himself in the customer's shoes. Lacks empathy, approachability, and just plain decency. This dealership has lost touch with what customer service is and what it entails. I'd advise to take your Cadillac to any dealer other than Michael Stead Cadillac. If you purchased your Cadillac with Michael Stead you can take your car to ANY Cadillac dealer for service. If it's still under warranty your out of pocket cost is zero and GM pays the dealer for their labor. Save yourself the headache and take your Cadillac to a dealer that knows what customer service is and is willing to provide said service. This dealer will not get anymore of my business and it's a shame as I've purchased 11 Cadillacs for my company in the last four years.

I have purchased a car from this dealership and used their service department several times. The purchase process was a bit of a hassle. Looking back, I should have walked away then. The service department initially was good, with good service reps. Now, however, the current crop of service reps is cold and unhelpful. I purchased the Auto Butler service with the vehicle, and it used to be easy to schedule appointments and rent a car from them while your car was being worked on. The car would look beautiful when I picked it up. However, the last two times, they applied the coating without properly washing the vehicle first, sealing visible dirt in!!! And now it literally takes months to get an appointment (they are blaming it on Covid), you cannot get a rental, and their shuttle only goes 10 miles. They say they cannot take you all the way home, but they can take you to BART. I asked to speak to the manager and was told by the service rep he would be right with me. I waited 10 minutes for Lyft, but the manager never came. I will be demanding the remainder of the Auto Butler contract be cancelled and I receive a refund for the balance. I will not be doing any further business with Dublin Chevrolet.

Purchased a $65K Certified-used Yukon XL on 05/08/21 (yesterday). Didn't notice anything wrong with it during test drive. But when driving it home I start feeling vibrations. Turns out there is transmission issues and the vehicle jerks and shakes when changing gears. How was this vehicle even Certified in the first place!?
Upon calling them back for help, the feedback I got was to "use your warranty coverage at your dealership". Of course I know I can use my warranty coverage my guy! My point is that I shouldn't have received a vehicle in this condition for $65K of my hard earned money!
The dealership doesn't want to help in anyway, this is simply a sales transaction for them. As long as I signed the papers, that's it. They are giving me the cold shoulder. I fear that I have purchased a car which will give me problems for the life of it, and I am sick to my stomach.

They really try to do a great job the only problem is that GM does not have a lot of inventory to buy the exact color that I want and the dealership was not able to get me the exact car I am looking for for my daughter. Don't bother going to this service place. Their salesmen are great but their servicemen are zero help. They had installed some system before I leased the car. When leased, they removed it. This caused a shortage with the battery. Rather than fox it, they told me to come back another day when they have more time. Hello!!? Why did you make an appointment in the first place if they weren't going to fix the problem? I took a while day off work for nothing. I tell them if I bring it back will they have a cat for me. The answer was no!
I went to the dealer in Torrance. They took the car immediately and got me a rental!!! That's the kind of service I expect from Cadillac!

The Team at Bunnin was amazing. First of all, Due to being at work I was unable to talk via phone, Juan was so patient with me and communicated via email. I told them what I was willing to pay, no haggling or back and forth and they got me exactly what I wanted. I was able to trade in my vehicle for a excellent price. I work long 12 hr. shifts and they offered to deliver my vehicle 1.5 hours away (no charge) and pick up my trade in. The whole process was smooth and easy. Horrible Experience Purchasing a CPO Cadillac Escalade ESV. We spent over 62k on a car. This is what has happened first 100 miles (Check Engine Light Comes on). Then the trim on the doors (both) start coming off. Now another trim on the car is coming off. Dealer had told me that they had some dents repaired. The work done was very low quality. Now I see Clear Coat missing on the paint and just bad paint work done!!! Not happy at all since this is a CPO Car (we spent over 62K) the work should be done high quality. I am very disappointed with this dealership!!!

This chevy dealer has horrible service and has no communication between each other . Sales representatives have no athority or knowledge on how process goes , the team lead are no better , they are rude and try not to listen and work for you . The finance could not get the paper work correct and ran our credit 14 times for almost ten days and after the day we signed our contract with out our permission . The dealer then sent the sales person to our home to sign a new contract and knew nothing about the contract , he did not have the correct paper work . He said he would be back three days later , but the next day the dealer called and wanted us to go in . When the third day came manny said he would be here at 6pm , 6:36pm came and he showed . He then said he would like to go over the contract but knew nothing when asked and said we could read to be sure . When trying to talk to some one about our issues we were told we would get a call back or they were busy . I never got a call back. Even calling corporate they could not help . They are only about problems with the truck and the dealer is independent . .
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone .
