I purchased a new 2018 GMC Canyon from Allen Cadillac GMC. Andrew Wells was the sales rep that handled my transaction and he was very helpful, straight forward and very respectful of my wishes and my time. At no time did I feel like there were any hard sell tactics nor did I feel like there would have been any hard feelings if I had walked away from the deal. Andrew had a full command of the specifications, features and benefits of the vehicle and was fully conversant in the Allen Cadillac GMC sales procedures. Michael Leydon was the managed the financial aspects of the deal with professionalism and courtesy. What I most appreciated about the experience is that at the outset I stated that I did not want to be up-sold or be pressured at signing to add a bunch of extras to the deal. In the world of the internet, I do a lot of my shopping homework online. The buying trend seems to be Carmax because of their “no haggle” policy. I still appreciate a more personalized experience. I buy “luxury” vehicles because of the service that goes with it. However, I still don’t want to walk in a car lot site unseen and start negotiating. That’s where Brian Noble came in. He was able to give me the personalized service and not have me sit in the shark tank. We communicated through text and email and he got me what I needed. I bought a used truck here and the salesman Dave Maine helped me through the process. It was nothing more than awesome. He was knowledgeable with the vehicles they had and up front and honest. Great buying experience. About a month or so later I received a free lube and oil change from them so I made an appointment for the following week. I was running late for it so I called and talked to Colleen Anderson in the service department, she told me "no worries" I'll see ya when you get here. I brought it in and introduced my self. She told me well lets go check it out and get you going. Very professional, took all the information that was needed and brought me over to the waiting area and offered me coffee. All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions.
This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service.
I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive.

bought a pick up truck, they called me in the next day to lower my interest rate. p u would not start. they came out got it started. had it in their shop. I told them there is something wrong with front end. they said that p u had inspection its ok. No there liars tie rod and ball joints lower steering shoot gone. This is a big safety issue. I only put 3000 miles on it in a year. Safety first.now i have a bill of 900.00 thanks Chevy dealer Mr Liars. Should have went to ford dealers. All I have to say is stay away.

I live out of town and saw a vehicle posted by this dealership on a website. On the website, the price was posted as one amount and so I called over two weeks trying to get something set up, so that I could come into town and purchase the vehicle. I spoke with two different people at this place trying to get the purchase done. They would not budge on the price, even through I am coming from a distance. They would do nothing to help get this vehicle to me, even though I ended up telling them I would pay the full purchase price. I kept trying to speak to someone in person and they would not answer the phone, but would text me the prices. About a week passed of trying to get something worked out, and after I told them I would pay the full price, they then texted me a "new price" for the car, which was higher than what was initially advertised. Run far away from this place. Unhelpful, uncooperative and they just don't care!

I brought my car in for service - primarily to have a new set of tires put on. There were a couple of other issues I had questions about. My normal service adviser is J. J. Van Dongen, He and St. Claire Cadillac have always provided excellent service. They have been my dealership since 2011. Their advice and service has been super. I highly recommend them.

Disappointed in Every Way - James
So many bad things about this dealership I don't know where to start. I contacted Penske interested in a used car they had listed on several sites. The internet manager asks me to come over and says he'll have the car ready for me to test drive. I drop by early the next morning and car is nowhere to be found. After a while, the rep claims the car is at the Mazda dealership getting service for 3 separate recalls and won't be ready for a week. Says he's sorry for wasting my time but that he'll let me know when it comes back. I said OK I understand...just call me when it's ready and I'll come by again. I wrote him an email stating the same.
A week passes by and no contact or update. I notice the car listing was raised by $3k and shortly after taken off from all the listing websites. I asked the rep what happened and he says the car was sold on his day off. Based on the reviews here, I have no doubt that's a lie and I'll never know what really happened.
Don't waste your time here. Take your money somewhere else where the staff treats you with respect and honesty.

Called on a Saturday morning to see if they had time for an oil change. The gentleman who answered the phone said he would be able to help me on the same day! I drove over and he took my car in right away. Called me in about an hour (maybe less) and said they were done. When I picked it up, it was waiting for me and they even washed it. My husband and I have had been loyal Yukon Denali's owners since 2000. It was time to shop for a new 2017 Denali, however we always wanted to have a Cadillac Escalade which we thought the monthly lease payment would be too high for us until we met RAY MCINNIS (Sales Consultant) and GEORGE KERIAKES (the finance manager) at Tustin Cadillacs.
Our experience with these two gentlemen was beyond amazing. From the moment we walked in, Ray and George welcomed us with open arms. They are polite, knowledgeable, patient and NOT PUSHY AT ALL!

This was my first oil change and tire rotation (Onstar let me know about oil change and said we had low tire pressure. I was told by Hoehn Service person when asked why all four tires were losing pressure, said it wasn't abnormal for tires to lose air. Ok The car was bought 8/2017 and only had 4000 miles). 2nd day after maintenance Onstar emailed me again and said back left tire was low still, at that time my husband put air in tire to see if it holds. 3rd day, back left tire lost air again and once again, Onstar let us know,. My husband had tire checked out and sure enough there was a nail in the tire. Not sure how it got there or how it was missed but it was there and it was missed, Car was driven from dealership to home via freeway and then not driven again until 3rd day. The service area is clean, people are helpful and friendly, it was completed on promised time, car looked good and assume all went well with oil change, but not real happy about their not finding nail in tire.
