I went to the dealership this past Saturday to look at a mustang. Once I arrived, customer service was on point. Long story short, Mol provided the best knowledge and car history. He was honest and open since I arrived. Process was quick and easy. Cadillac Marin worked to get the best pricing and APR for used car financing. Car is driving flawless and without issues. Great job to everyone working here and hope to do more business in the future.

Excellent experience leasing a 2026 Cadillac Optiq. Bart was great during the entire process. They were very fair and direct with us, so we were able to get the deal done quickly with the best price in the bay area. My toddler was sick and we asked them to do all the paperwork online due to the fact we had to stay home while my daughter recovered from pneumonia. The service, communication, support, and price were all 5 STAR +. This is the first time we buy a car from them and we will keep coming back to see them again when our lease ends. Bart and the entire team were outstanding from initial negotiations (quick, honest, direct), to support/delivery (online paperwork, vehicle advice, and even home delivery ! ). Went in to look at a truck about an hour before closing. Marcus was so helpful even though he was already helping 3 other groups as he was the only salesperson left for the day. While we started the process, due to it being late in the day, we weren’t able to finish. They helped me finish everything over the phone/online the very next day and even delivered the truck to me after I got home from work. I had questions on the paperwork, and the manager called me the following day to clarify it and answer all my remaining questions. Very helpful, and very professional. I have been to many dealerships and have never been treated this well. I will only ever shop at Woodland Motors.

I’m pretty disappointed with the experience I had with the service department at Kellar Motors. I dropped my vehicle off at 9:30 AM expecting it to be looked at within a reasonable timeframe. After waiting 5–6 hours, my car still had not even been serviced. When I asked about the delay, I was told that I needed an appointment, even for a simple oil change. This was frustrating because that requirement isn’t posted anywhere in the service department or on their website, so there was no way to know that ahead of time. What made the situation worse was that I didn’t receive any updates during the entire time I was waiting. If appointments are required, especially for basic services like an oil change, that should be clearly communicated to customers up front so they can plan accordingly. I hope management looks into this and improves the communication process for customers. I’d be happy to update this review if the situation is addressed.
