Joel Flores took care of me as soon as I arrived at the dealership. He asked me what I wanted and I told him what could afford, he asked me again what I wanted and I told him all of my challenges with my trade in. He asked me again what I wanted so I finally told him.. I expected to look at the cheapest truck on the lot but he got me everything I wanted and more. He took the time to get to know me and catered my deal to my needs. Best dealership experience I ever had! Also I was in and out in my new truck within a couple of hours! When I made my appointment, I was told it would be done in a half hour. When I arrived, I was told it would be hours. I then had to wait an hour for the shuttle. The scheduling should be more accurate.
I had to call to find out if my vehicle was done, although I was promised a call.

Sort of bummed that the closest Cadillac dealership to San Jose is in Fremont.....but they have good wifi and an area to do work while you wait for your car to be serviced....had my service down quicker than expected...they did an excellent job.

I bought a used truck here and the salesman Dave Maine helped me through the process. It was nothing more than awesome. He was knowledgeable with the vehicles they had and up front and honest. Great buying experience. About a month or so later I received a free lube and oil change from them so I made an appointment for the following week. I was running late for it so I called and talked to Colleen Anderson in the service department, she told me "no worries" I'll see ya when you get here. I brought it in and introduced my self. She told me well lets go check it out and get you going. Very professional, took all the information that was needed and brought me over to the waiting area and offered me coffee. I hope everyone there will see the review I wrote before receiving this. I wanted to thank BILL HOOD and everyone for taking such good care of my 2005 CHEVROLET IMPALA. I actually received a note on it one day from someone interested in buying the IMPALA. My wife and I are "SENIOR CITIZENS". Our IMPALA still has low mileage for its age and we intend to keep it.

We had never been to Woodland Motors before, but our first visit proved to be amazing! We met Josh Lohman, whom was very knowledgeable about all the cars we were interested in. He was very attentive to our needs and made every point to roll out the red carpet for us. His communication could not have been better and he was with us 100% through the entire process. Very relaxed, yet professional atmosphere. We ended up buying a 2020 Cadillac XT6 and 2 weeks later went back for a 2020 GMC AT4! We love both vehicles and are so pleased with our experience that we have definitely recommended Josh Lohman and Woodland Motors to just about everyone! 5 star service for sure!

I brought my car in for service - primarily to have a new set of tires put on. There were a couple of other issues I had questions about. My normal service adviser is J. J. Van Dongen, He and St. Claire Cadillac have always provided excellent service. They have been my dealership since 2011. Their advice and service has been super. I highly recommend them.

First I never had a most pleasant of a time.. I went there on a fluke me and my fiancée looking for a Cadillac for me.. I knew I wanted to walk out paying 0 and I wasn’t having anything else. We were looking an we heard “ have you guys been help yet” and it was Phil. He was kind polite and not salesy.. which I needed.. he catered and remembered all of my concerns which was refreshing. I didn’t have to say “remember I wanted a sunroof”. Also he didn’t try to talk me out of what I wanted. Because he didn’t wanna sale me what he wanted to sale me. Beginning to end we were there just about 3 hours.. Auto his boss was very nice to .. I believed I laughed the whole time there. I seen people who were getting their second and third car from there walking up and out happy and smiling like I was. I live in Victorville but all of my next cars are going to be right there with Phil till he retire. Never had a car buying experience so refreshing.

When they found the car several hundred miles away they hired a truck to bring it to town without putting any miles on the car. Unprofessional, Discourteous and Poorly Executed - 2018CT6
Requested a simple 39-month lease quote from one of their Internet Sales Reps (Mark LaVally) who told me they were "working on it" and would be sending it over "soon." However, they never followed up, provided any information despite numerous attempts to resolve. Their General Manager, Cyrus Khalooghli, states in their never-ending marketing emails that "Our goal at Allen Cadillac is to treat the needs of each individual customer with paramount concern."
Really? Because not only did his Internet Sales Rep lie to me about sending the Lease quote over, when I advised Mr. Khalooghli about it there was no response either. So, please be advised that despite a TON of constant marketing messaging that the "customer is our paramount concern" my experience was quite to the contrary - very unprofessional, discourteous and poorly done.

We bought a brand new Suburban LTZ in 2016. Three years and 67,000 miles later the transmission is toast and I am stranded all day with my 3 children waiting for a tow truck. They never offered me a loaner vehicle even though they had my Suburban for 2 weeks. The warranty ran out at 60,000 miles and although we had the extended warranty, we had to pay $1000 out of pocket for a GM transmission. I had the car serviced regularly. I took excellent care of the vehicle. Now I don't drive it because I can't trust that my children are safe in the Suburban. I just learned there is a new recall on this model due to a problem with the brakes. I had to learn this from the news as I have yet to be notified by the dealer. I will never again buy a car from Wheeler nor will I purchase a GM.
