All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions.
This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service.
I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive.

I just purchased a Cadillac xt5 from Suburban Cadillac in Costa Mesa. They definitely deserve a 5-star review in all areas. My salesman, Aaron Buchholz went above and beyond to locate the vehicle of my dreams because they did not have it in stock. The negotiation went smooth and I received an excellent deal! Aaron is definitely an asset to the company. During my visit, I also met with Ken. He is also one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet! Extremely helpful, and made sure I was educated on all the Advanced Equipment in the vehicle before I left. He is known as magic Ken, and is truly a magical human being. The financing procedure went fantastic through Larry. Larry was all so wonderful. I've never liked dealing with the financial end of it, because they're usually real pushy. Larry was not! Van Dongen, He and St. Claire Cadillac have always provided excellent service. They have been my dealership since 2011. Their advice and service has been super. I highly recommend them.

Very bad Dealership. I bought a car in July 29. 2017. They recommended to use their finance which will be pre approved for me. I bought the car and after a week i noticed they did 13 credit inquiries for the purchase. I contacted the dealership and asked for the reason. I was told to talk to finance team and when i contacted finance team they tell me to talk to sales team. When i talk to sales they tell me to talk to finance. I am just going back and forth without any sold answer. This has affected my credit score badly. PLEASE BE AWARE BEFORE ANY PURCHASE.
