I’ve taken my BMW X5 to three dealerships in my area, and Long Beach BMW has consistently had the best pricing. The video from the show inspection was the most through compared to other dealerships. I also did not feel upsold or pressured into future maintenance items. My service advisor, Bertha, was transparent and friendly. An uber was provided for my transportation from/to the dealer. The work was completed by the promised time and in a reasonable duration. Long Beach BMW has gained a new service customer.

My 2009 Chev. - Othermonkey

My 2009 Chev. Malibu’s starter failed leaving me stranded. Once the vehicle was delivered to M.K. Smith Chev. the Service Dept.had closed for the day Floor manager Havier Marquez was extremely helpful in arranging for the car to be serviced in the morning and ended up giving me a ride home when the dealership closed for the day and no other alternative was available. The following morning Jennifer in the Service Dept. phoned me to discuss the issue. The starter was replaced, the dealership’s shuttle driver picked me up at my home and I was able to pick the car up and be on my way promptly. Everyone went well above the call of duty in taking care of this situation..

My mother and I are pleased with the service that Victory Toyota of San Bruno provides. The staff is courteous, friendly and knowledgeable in their product. We bought over a year ago our second RAV4 Toyota from Victory Toyota in San Bruno. We also bought from Victory Toyota our previous RAV2 which lasted us about 22 years, and had to replace it because someone rear ended me. Thus, the product that we bought at Victory Toyota is great value. We will continue taking our car for service at Victory Toyota, and if we need another vehicle, we will check Victory Toyota as our first choice.
