For the past several years, I have taken my Ford to Lithia for service. I have not been impressed with their service I have often had to wait at some length after entering the service desks for someone to even notice I was there waiting. This last visit was entirely different. Employee D.J. Mc'Neil made the difference. He greeted me when I first entered the service area and took care of my car's intake which was towed to Lithia late in the day with a dead battery. First thing next day, D.J. called to let me know what the problem was and to schedule the car up for further service. He called me right away when the job was done and when I arrived to collect my car, he greeted me with a smile, first thing, as soon as I entered the service desk door: "Mr. Blades! Your car is all set!" This guy is a go-getter for the customer. Lithia service desks could use a few more young men like this. Lithia gets a 4 rating on this service visit and
