Enriquez was professional and courteous throughout a multiple visit repair of my 2008 525i. He made numerous efforts to find the right battery for this vehicle, efforts which were finally successful, and when the battery was finally replaced he arranged for a loaner for my convenience. Enriquez was an excellent service representative who successfully persisted to get this repair done despite some unusual circumstances.

Always a good experience. Bryce was very nice and explained everything very well. I go to Folsom Lake dealership even though Roseville dealership is closer. Even though i was late for my appointment due to an accident that caused a traffic back up i still got in and out in reasonable time. The waiting room is very nice with free snacks and wiFi. I will continue to use Folsom Lake for my Hyundai vehicle’s care.

I’ve taken my BMW X5 to three dealerships in my area, and Long Beach BMW has consistently had the best pricing. The video from the show inspection was the most through compared to other dealerships. I also did not feel upsold or pressured into future maintenance items. My service advisor, Bertha, was transparent and friendly. An uber was provided for my transportation from/to the dealer. The work was completed by the promised time and in a reasonable duration. Long Beach BMW has gained a new service customer.

He is a “no pressure” kind of guy…and makes me feel that he too is concerned about my cost. I love Mbenx and how comfortable the ride is…but the cost to maintain it is not cheap.
