My salesperson, Dan, was very upfront with all costs and offers, and it was a pleasant surprise for him to run through many of the features and controls on the car. Going through the financial process was quick and easy and I didn’t feel too pressured. The only thing I would mention is that it wasn’t clear to me before I walked in that it was an either/or regarding the low financing versus the rebate. I’d suggest that this should be more clear on the website, though again Dan was clear at the very beginning on this and didn’t lead me too far down the path before making me aware of that fact.

I have had excellent service from Liberty Mazda for the past 7 years and always found them to be straightforward and efficient. I appreciate that they send a video of their inspections and recommended service so you see what they are seeing. I just had my first experience with the sales department this week and they are just as excellent as the service department. They are fair and straightforward in their pricing, and are polite and not pushy at all, and they really worked with me to find the right car for me. I especially appreciate their understanding of my situation and helping me make a tough situation much better. I love my car- certified pre-owned that looks and feels brand new! Went to lee partka mazda today to look at a cx 5. After test driving the car was told that unless we were buying today they were to busy to give us a price. The young man we were dealing with Trevauhn West-Moody was outstanding young man but his manager lost a sale. We went directly to Milford Mazda a bought a cx5 GT today and BTW I bought my current mazda 6 from partka. Will NEVER go there again. They we were treated by manager was insulting.

Recently purchased new from Mazda of Manchester. With all the consumer information available these days, new Mazdas basically sell themselves, the dealerships basically direct traffic, manage the transactions and negotiations.
Having said that, Mazda of Manchester was extremely efficient and professional and I drove off feeling I had been treated extremely fairly, especially during the trade-in appraisal process, which can be very painful, as I learned at rival Mazda dealerships during my hunt. With dealer discounts and Mazda Loyalty rebates applied, the OTD price paid was thousands less than I had budgeted.
Lisa and Kris were helpful and knowledgeable throughout and after the transaction, and were very flexible in working within my schedule and timeframes. Social-distancing protocols surely compromised the typical workflow in the dealership paperwork process, but everything was handled creatively and efficiently.
I will highly recommend doing business with these guys if you are in the market for a Mazda!

Beware of @rileymazda CPO- they don’t check the vehicles and don’t delete previous owners data! They ignore @mazdausa protocols and standards
I have all the previous owners texts and contacts as well as personal information found in the owners manual. Manager downright nasty when confronted with issues found with inspection. @rileymazda has no concern for customer concerns. Old school dealer - sell the car and get customer off the lot. Bringing vehicle to another #mazdadealer as per #@mazdausa for proper inspection!
